This hotel is top notch in Caracas. Rooms are carefully taken care. Very convenient place to stay for business It’s a boutique hotel with 5 Star level. 100% recommended for business travelling because it’s right in the center of Altamira and very exclusive security for the Hotel and the premises. Great service oriented staff.

The service still can be better, I arrived at 7:00 PM and the restaurant was closed, so I could not dinner anything. The breakfast service starts at 7:00 AM, quite late if you have early appointments. Internet service it´s really bad, the only useful spot is the lobby. General service is regular, can be improved.

I've staid in this hotel at least 4 times and I have to say one of the best things are the rooms. Most of the beds are king sized, and oh so comfortable with incredibly soft and fluffy pillows. The bathrooms are incredibly clean and all in all the rooms are just wonderfully comfortable. The rest of the areas of the hotel are somewhat limited, your lobby and restaurant which are nice but nothing out of this world. Breakfast in the restaurant is included and very tasty, so if you're in Caracas this is a nice option.

Excellent hotel in Caracas. Most staff were really friendly, helped me to change money and STAY safe in a dangerous city. Tips: Fill up on the breakfast, its excellent. Ask the bellboy to help you change Money

The hotel is nice but not great, the bathroom cleaning could be better. The service is regular, nothing amazing, you expect more from the people. The Internet connectivity could be better; sometimes the signal is weak and disappears.

Was disappointed with the hotel. Good location, the gentleman that helped with the suitcases were nice. While I loved the huge room we got, the shower door didn't close properly and there was a pool of water when you stepped out. The breakfast food was limited and staff was not very attentive. The woman at the reception desk was very curt. She made no eye contact and not friendly at all morning we checked out - Saturday October 10, 2015. M&M

It was a big room, very clean, and with all needed amenities. It was very confortable, and a great view of the Avila. The Hotel is conveniently located for my needs, since it was three blocks from de medical facitilities, and it is in one of the best areas in Caracas. With great restaurants around.

I stayed at this hotel overnight on a recent trip to Caracas. It was my first time at this hotel. It is conveniently located in Altamira neighborhood. The included breakfast was good, nothing spectacular but appropriate for the kind of property. Fast and courteous check in and check out. I stayed in the third floor, a bit noisy at night but nothing that the subtle A/C noise couldn´t drown out. The room starts to show signs of age but as I could see the started room remodeling while I was there so maybe next time I visit it will be totally renovated. Overall a good value except for the restaurant which was good but a bit pricey.

The hotel room was pretty big and nice, large clean double bed a foot stool, chair and table, and another balcony chair. Carpet a bit worn out. Lots of lighting and convenient electrical outlets. Large LCD TV. Bathroom is a separate area, with cloth closet and drawers, bar fridge and large safe. Shower stall quite large. Bathroom needs a bit of a face lift but if you are not very fussy it'll be OK.Safe location and close to transportation, many restaurants and shops. Good choice of breakfast, however supper food was less than average and very expensive compared what you could get in the vicinity. All staff very polite and friendly, particularly Marlyn that helped a lot with her excellent English.

It looks like a luxury hotel when you are outside, once you go in, you're going to be disappointed. It's like a cheap boutique hotel, but with HIGH prices. PROS: Breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was tasty and with a lot of options. Location. It's located in a very safe area, with a lot of options to eat around. Parking inside the building. The staff is very kind and helpful. Room service. The food was very good and the prices are reasonable compared to another restaurants in the area. Actually the food is from the hotel's restaurant called Pandanus. The views from the room is beautiful. CONS: Inside it looks and feel cheap. The balcony was very dirty, they have an area with stones in the balcony and it is extra dirty. The air conditioning was very, very noisy. You can hear all the noises from the street.
