The staff is friendly and will show you where ur cave room is. The room might not be convieniet for some elders if its too far or has stairs. The room has awasome view!!!!! Make sure ur glass door is locked at night. Like any hotels, they hv mini fridge and water boiler. I luuuuuuuv that they hv umbrella, thin/thick bath robes and loccitane bath products!!!! i dun c these things in hotels. They hv wifi here. Its not so strong in the room if u use cellphone but Its strong and fast when u r at the reception. They also can help u mail postcard if u hv stamps on the them already.
The view from the rooms and the cafe was astonishing, however the weather needs to be clear in order to see it. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was tasty, my favorite was pumpkin dessert. Staff was kind and helpful. I used ironing service for my pants, it was fast and cheap. There were local shops in walking distance where they sell handmade jewelry made with semi-precious gemstones. It was also very close to Fairy Chimneys. My overall experience was relaxing, joyful, tasty and peaceful.
We went to the hotel's restaurant for some quick snacks. The restaurant was crowded but apart from that, the waiters had no coordination or organization at all. It took them 10 mins and two reminders by us to give us the menus. They were just walking quickly among tables and not getting anything done. Another 5 mins passed to get our orders. We only ordered soup, which is supposed to be cooked and delivered in a few minutes. But no, this restaurant did not manage to deliver soup to our table in the following 15 mins. We just left without saying anything. We don't know how the food tastes but I wouldn't trust a business with such incompetency in what they do.
It's a value for money deal. Not trying to imply is cheaply priced but trying to say that the bang you get for your buck is great. The location is a little hard to find but we called the reception and they were nice enough to send the guys to the square to pick us up. The rooms are exotic and the view from the rooms are spectacular. I love the fact that my room was in a chimney. I loved my cave suite with that big balcony overlooking the city. Probably the perfect place to stay. However it's at a height and if your walking this just doesn't make sense. It's too high to go and come again and again. We had a car so that was not a problem.
One of the best hotels in uchisar/cappadocia but not the best one . You have a huge choices of rooms and good views , outdoor pool with warm water , indoor hot water with spa and most important thing is the balloon view in early morning . The environment of the hotel is fancy and full of old style things . Prices is a little high for such a big hotel . Breakfast was good and complete
I visited the hotel for 3 nights beginning of september to attend an event hosted by my company. I gave the hotel 5 stars for the below reasons: Arrival: Since i arrived, the hotel team took care of me, from luggage to showing my room. Room was clean and everything was arranged . The view, especially in the morning, was just fascinating. All my inquiries were answered very fast. The breakfast was good and the service was great especially after i went to other places in the city and saw the level of customer service. Last day, i ordered food from the restaurant and i chose what was recommend by the waiter, the beyti kabab was very taste and fulfilling and the price was decent. I can't say any about the price of the room as my company took care of that but when checking on booking.com, i think it is acceptable. Accessibiliy: You need maximum 30 minutes and you will be in the center of the city if you would like to make shopping. Also 1 hour to be in kayseri. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they will assist you even if it is not their job to do. I will definitely rebook again in this hotel next year as i am planning to take my family. Facts about the area: If you are nature lover, you like a fresh breath of air and you like to see historical places then Cappadocia is your place. You will definitely wake up daily by 4:30 to see the great view of the 150 hot air balloons flying while the sun is rising. Also, i think 4 days to visit the magical places is more than enough.
Claimed it 5 star hotel & so, charging too much but what they have given in this price, is not justified. Surrounded by caves all around, a good view will keep you busy but how long..? Very far from the down town, all the trip facilitators and service providers in this area charge too high in comparison with down town. Small rooms, cleanliness wasn't up to the mark. Rooms are made like to give impression of caves but not impressive. The water supply pipe of my wash room was leaking & plumber failed to fix the problem. I was given another room on next day. The drain pipe of A/C was lying outside the rooms. One can feel bad when see water in front of their room. There is a sitting area outside the room, where one can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, but you may have a company of cats, sitting beside you. All the lights outside our room turned off at 11:00 PM, thus we are forced to stay in the room. Breakfast is good and staff is cooperative there. Be aware of the rude attitude of the receptionist. He charged 60 Euros for extra bed, even i didn't ask. It will be much better to get a hotel in down town if you are more interested in spending day out.
Decided to stay at CCR for a night during our Capadoccia trip. It's located in Uchisar which is probably one of the most quiets towns in the area (compared with Goreme, Urgup or Avanos). The hotel is like a villa with a very high level of quality and finesse. Pool, sauna, restaurants, rooms, everything is top notch. Restaurant is expensive but has an amazing view of the valley. Breakfast was Enormous and varied. Recommended to give yourself a little pleasure.
CCR was the perfect host for our short trip to Cappadocia. The staff were so friendly and helpful and arranged some awesome tours for us while we were there. It was the perfect short-stay vacation and we got to see all the wonderful sights including the fairy chimneys, the hot air balloon ride, the underground caves and the beautiful green valleys and rivers.
The CCR & Spa is a treat by all standards for leisure and rest.Memorable experience of stay and adventure both at the same time. Hot air ballooning and tour of centuries old underground city was simply mesmerizing.
