This impressive contemporary villa offers easy luxury in a stylish setting. Located in a prime position in trendy Camps Bay, the views are suitably breathtaking and the terrace the perfect place to savour them.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and small lounge with a television and surround sound. The sea views are breath-taking. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom. The sea views from this bedroom are breath-taking as well. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and views of the Twelve Apostles mountain range. The fourth bedroom is a separate exterior suite with a lounge area and en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bathrooms have contemporary finishes – featuring Hans Grohe and Phillipe Starck sanitaryware and mixers.

Aside from the uninterrupted views, Greg's House has a wonderful easy flow, with an open-plan lounge, dining area (seats eight), and a beautiful, modern kitchen with stainless steel finishes. Doors slide back to create seamless access to the pool and more gorgeous views. The design is clean and contemporary, and the additional family room is a great for relaxation and entertaining.

The main living area is exceptional, with vaulted ceilings and high windows, it is flooded with natural light and makes the most of the views. It has formal dining for 8 guests, a modern fully equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances and a comfortable lounge. Sliding doors open onto the pool terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a swimming pool and garden. This is the best place to relax on a Summer’s day. Close by are numerous restuarants and the CBD just 15 minutes drive away.
