This was our first destination on our holiday. We had a double apartment for the 4 of us. The room wasn't ready in time so we got a voucher which we were happy enough about. The lock on our apartment failed fortunately just before the staff went home. It took a little while as the lock had to be changed and we were tired after the overnight flight from London. We were looked after very well by Queenie who pulled out all the stops despite being prevented from getting home. The apartment was comfortable, clean and very well located

This is the second time I have stayed here - ideal location, just across the road from the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The hop on hop off bus tour of Cape Town stop is a 3 minute walk away. It's easy to get into Cape Town from here. This time, 6 of us stayed in a 3 bed apartment, with 2 bathrooms. Clever use of space gave 2 bathrooms, but left the bedrooms a bit on the small size. But the main problem was that in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, there was nowhere to hang your clothes - no wardrobe or drawers!!! We had to live out of our suitcases the whoel time we were there!!! Not ideal!! A solution could be in the living/kitchen area - there is a massive shelving unit, for glasses and crockery etc which is much bigger than it needs to be. That could be replaced with a much smaller unit, and a chest of drawers for clothes added. And in the bedrooms, some hooks on the walls with hangers would let guests hang up some clothes. A positive is that you can now buy wifi for your room (R50) - much better than it only being available in reception.

The apartments were very well located being within a few minutes of Camps Bay beach, restaurants and shops. They were also linked to Bay Hotel and Stone Cottage apartments so able to access their facilities. The apartments provide a range of accommodation with different outlooks/ location, some overlooking the sea and the pool (as featured in holiday brochures) and some other ones perhaps more suitable for those happy with more basic accommodation being near a main road and overlooking the surrounding roads. Charlene was brilliant being very helpful and attentive to our needs and arranged an upgrade when learning that it was a very special family holiday booking.

Nice Location, we were lucky to have a apartment with Seaview. BC 16 Kitchen was ok. For cooking not enough Kitchenware. But there are many good Restaurants in walking distance. The Bath needs renovation, as well all the Windows. Staff is friendly nice and helpful.

Spent 5 nights here on the last leg of our tour of south africa. Lovely spacious room with large modern bathroom from which you could see table mountain. Really enjoyed our stay. Pool area was quiet and clean. Centrally located. Charlene and sandra are a credit to the resort. Only criticism was check in not until 3pm and check out 11 am but would definitely return.

We thought an apartment stay at the end of our holiday would be nice but it wasn't ! The kitchen area was industrial, we had a rail for clothes, no air con in 30 degree heat, tatty bathroom, narrow stairs to lug our luggage to our room, unhelpful staff when I showed them the web photos and asked for a different room. However Trailfinders managed to get us a room change which was a little better once we'd climbed the twenty stairs with our cases! I'd like to upload photos to show the awful room. They were unable to get us a taxi to the airport as the girl with the uber app was on a day off! Don't stay here!

Spent a night here with my family and found the accommodation to be of a good size although the decoration and furniture were looking a little bit tired It is a good system that you have access to the Sandy Bay hotel down the road which has all the top amenities including a nice swimming pool tennis courts restaurants bars et cetera et cetera There is a limited amount of on-site parking but the location of the apartments is excellent and very accessible for all the restaurants and shops nearby

Camps Bay Village Resort was the worst place I have every stayed on 5 continents. It was dirty, you didn't feel safe getting into your room and you have to be very careful when you book even 8 months out if you want to change and get a refund they won't do it

This place is clean, comfortable and literally a 5 min walk from the park. The pictures of the pool area on are of another establishment. I just feel like it’s false advertising, they do however upon checking in give you access cards to that hotel so that you may used their pool area but its a bit of a distance getting there. The area is buzzing with a variety of restaurants with my favorite being the Codfather. We had a great stay except for the one night one of the property owners accused us of being intruders, I don’t know if it is because we are black or what but it was really annoying. He asked me all sorts of irrelevant questions and insisted that I give him my name and units I booked. Overall it’s was not too bad and I would definitely go back.

We had a great stay, so close to everything and easy to walk around, the pool area is nice and chilled, however more umbrellas are needed as there is little shade. Our apartment was a good size and amenities like a coffee machine you can buy pods for is a nice touch, only downside was air-con only in 1 of the bedrooms. The staff are lovely and help with car hire and tours etc, rooms cleaned and new towels replaced regularly. Only issue was the amount of stairs and a long walk especially with suitcases if you are staying in the bottom part of the hotel. Overall we had a fantastic stay.
