While the location is fabulous, the age of the property is obvious in the fixtures in room. Additionally, the team is very disconnected, for a property of this caliber, we typically see a team much more in tune. We had a driver scheduled that then was cancelled, a team member tell us we had eaten breakfast, but we had not and overall, the team just seemed confused. The front desk was amazing as was the housekeeper on our floor, but balance of team could potentially benefit from additional training.

This property is bay over rated compared to the service provided. The breakfast brunch buffet was okay and on our bedroom balcony, there was bird poops which they didn’t clean. They even leave a regular package that any hotels leave ie tooth brush, … we paid 1500& per night for this hotel during Christmas time but extremely over-rated compared to the service provided
