By far the worst and narrowest double bed we have ever encountered in hotel like this. Tbe pillows were not much help either. It had the feel of a cheap package holiday hotel. The staff were not unfriendly, but had a jaded attitide. The room key had to be reprogrammed multiple times as it unexplainably stopped working. The breakfast was average. To add insult to injury, they had the pool area booked for a large fashion show which prevented gusts acccess to the pool. I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

The room was billed and advertised as ocean view ! When I checked into the room the ocean was not to be seen but thru a sliver in a building in the distance .. when I called reception I was told its partial sea view ! It’s all bogus ! They charging room rates that are not reflective of what’s been offered on Expedia

Lovely Hotel in Cape Town

Wonderful hotel- they have the best breakfast buffet and rooms extremely big. It’s sad the pool area was under renovation but besides that lovely hotel.

Hi, I did a last minute booking perhaps why I got a basement room with a view of the parking. It couldve been mentioned. The fact that the swimming pool is under MAJOR re-haul also a good thing to mention. No hot water in the shower the evening I arrived. Then I asked the staff to check the shower in the morning - I went for a walk. It takes about 5 minutes to get some warm water in the shower...such a waste of water. Breakfast was good, staff are attentive and well presented. If you like peace and quiet this is not the hotel for you.
