The moment I arrived at Cape Grace, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and genuine care. Lucky and the entire staff at the hotel made my sister and me feel as if we were at home with family. Great location, beautifully appointed, classy and luxurious finishings, and great service from reception to concierge to restaurant team. The rooms are spacious. There’s a separate dressing room and a big full bathroom. Le Labo bath products and room scent. We had a harbour view and it was stunning. Easy 5m walk to the V&A. Beautiful breakfast spread and views.

Das Badezimmer war für den Rollstuhlfahrer optimal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vom Hotel kann man zu Fuß zur V&A mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants, dem Aquarium, dem Riesenrad, dem Nachtmarkt usw gehen. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist aber auch empfehlenswert.

Perfect trip to Cape Town at Cape Grace

What a beautiful stay. The suite was fabulous. The location was perfect and convenient and safe. A five minute walk to the V and A with great shopping. Cape grace took care or our tours to the wine region and to see the penguins. Samatha the concierge also reserved a lunch for us in Stellenbosch. She also lead us to a beautiful Tanzanite store in the waterfront. I bought a necklace for my daughter and I am having stones cut for a ring to complete a set they are making for me Plantandia is the shop. When we left to go to the airport I realized I had left an expensive jacket in the room and Samantha fetched it and we had it brought to the airport. The overall stay was 10 stars.

Awesome 24hrs!!

Special weekend with it being my wife’s bday and our wedding anniversary, the Cape Grace team made it so special with a complimentary bottle of bubbles and a cake left in our room upon arrival, very sweet and special!

Best stay ever!

It was very personalized service from check-in to check-out. Staff in dining room for breakfast were also very courteous and attentive. Our experience was Cape Town hospitality at its best!

Wonderful hotel! Phenomenal staff and service! Among the best in the world. Friendly, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. This is the only hotel I would stay at in Cape Town!! Be aware of cancellation policy which is about a month—only downside.
