My fourth time in the wonderful City of Cape Town. My first at Cape Grace It is an incredibly good hotel. Rooms, pool, location, bars , food and especially the staff Everything about this hotel is as good as it proclaims to be on its website and probably even a bit better If you get the chance stay here. You will be wowed

Stayed here four nights in June 2017 and LOVED it! Wonderful location, exceptional service and the room was gorgeous. We ate at the hotel at least once per day during our stay and enjoyed every meal. They were very accommodating with food allergies as well. I really can't recommend this hotel enough!

Recently enjoyed a romantic breakfast at the Signal restaurant for my birthday. Can highly recommend this establishment. The staff are excellent and attentive. The food is amazing and the setting beautiful

We had high hopes for the hotel because of the glowing reviews. Our stay was not bad but it just did not live up to expectations. We stayed 4 nights in the standard room facing the Marina shipyard (noisy and not a pleasant view). After calling front desk a few times, they eventually moved us to the other side of the hotel, which was appreciated, but we were reminded a few times how this is not the standard practice and how next time we come, we must not expect the same. The act was kind but I just wish they could have communicated this more politely. We found both the room and service average but nothing blew us away to justify the cost. Maybe Cape Town is expensive to begin with, but if you are charging prices higher or on par with 5* hotels in cities around the world, one would expect the same level of luxury or service. This hotel just did not hold up. We had more fond memories staying at Four Seasons in Johannesburg for one night than we did four nights at this hotel. If we visit Cape Town again, we would look for cheaper alternatives as we didn’t consider this hotel to be value for money.

Home sweet home, located in the harbour and buzzing V&A waterfront. Safe, comfort and utmost elegance allround. The service and housekeeping teams are pulling out any flaws to make this perfection. F&B heaven and detail that can only be appreciated.

We stayed here for five nights in February and could not have been happier. The location of the Cape Grace is excellent - near enough to the waterfront, but far enough away to be peaceful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and maintained and the staff were top rate. Everybody was very attentive, without being overbearing. We especially loved the hotel car, which transported us to and from dinner. What a special treat! Their dinner suggestions were always spot on. It was as if they knew our tastes and preferences in style and food choices. We know that when we return to Capetown, the Cape Grace will be our number one choice.

This was our second stay with a five year interval. No compromise with high standards in accommodations and all service departments. Friendly staff. Good dining and ideal setting. Wouldn’t consider any other hotel

We stayed for two nights but could have stayed forever. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful & friendly. Lovely clean bright room. Breakfast so good with wide range of choices. Free Port & Sherry each night. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Two day stay with extensive use of the spa. The hotel has attentive and friendly staff. The fourth floor has its own receptionist to attend to any requirements. A traditional style hotel in a stunning marina setting a few minutes walk from the Waterfront shops and restaurants. The spa was superb. One suggestion - some rooms facing the harbour need triple glazing when the harbour is shot blasting a ship. Didn’t stop me falling asleep. A treat of an hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to the harbor area in Capetown. A very friendly staff are quite efficient with service. “Q” in the dining area is a true gem, always pleasant and eager to please. Do try the whiskey bar in the basement a very cool venue and vast whiskey/bourbon/scotch selection.
