Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Not a place to stay for a holiday. There 6 days no clean towels no nothing. No number to ring in an emergency or if there is a problem. Things didn't work so got on with it as best we could. It was mostly residential so come the weekend it was parties all night long. we had stayed in the Adderley Hotel a couple of years ago and far better. It was central and very safe. And 11 floors up if you don't like heights. NO INTERNET as stated
