This four bedroom and 2 bathroom villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape offers great luxury and amenities. The home is centrally located to shops and restaurants. Enjoy the perfect set up for Florida living!
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Tropical Dream features fresh and updated décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king-size bedrooms and two queen-size bedrooms.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
The main bedroom along with its updated en-suite bathroom is located on the right side of the home with a luxurious bath with dual vanities, soaking tub and shower. Next to it is a queen bedroom and the left side of the home features two more bedrooms. The home has a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. Formal dining and living areas flow to the centrally placed kitchen which is the center of the home with beautiful views of the pool. Family and guests will enjoy the high-quality furnishings in the 4 bedrooms villa. The home has tropical plantation shutters throughout.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

We enjoyed the property very much. It was very relaxing, enjoying the pool and being on the channel. Next time we would call ahead of time to reserve a boat to rent. None were available when we did. In regards to the pool we uncovered it and didn't know if we were to cover it before leaving. That might be helpful inform renters about that. We want to say we had a wonderful time. The home looked just as advertised. Thank you, Lynn Evanow The team members were always polite and helpful. I must correct the fact that we didn't need to call maintenance.

Winter Get-away

This was our first time vacationing in Florida as a family, and we absolutely LOVED IT!! This home is exactly as listed. We had plenty of space for our adult children to spread out, but to also gather for family games and dining. The patio space where the pool is located was highly utilized to lounge, and catch some wonderful warm sun. We also used the deck area by the canal to also sunbathe! The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items for us to have the majority of the meals at the house. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We can not say enough good things about our experience here!! The house was clean and we had no issues with the property. We will definitely be back!!
