Bedroom 3: Aquatic-themed room with 2 twin beds, full-size mirror, big closet, and 43" Adjustable Roku TV.

Bedroom 4: Fourth spacious bedroom providing a queen bed, a dedicated make-up station with a chair, and a huge mirror.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will be given a code for the front door and instructions for the location of the remote control for the garage that is located inside the house!

SECURITY CAMERAS/RECORD DEVICES ON PROPERTY:
There is a ring doorbell at the front door and a ring flood light outside the garage facing the driveway that actively records audio and video on motion detection. There are 2 Minut Noise/Smoke Detector that do not record audio but record decibel levels to avoid excessive noise during quiet hours on the patio or smoking inside the house. It is located in the kitchen and lanai.

Swimming Pool, canal, boat deck/lift, Kayak, and paddleboard release of Liability: By renting this vacation home pool, I recognize and fully understand that at no time is there a lifeguard on duty. I (the renter) am responsible for the safe operation of the Pool, canal, boat deck/lift, Kayak, and paddleboard and I understand that I am responsible for all persons using the pool and those other areas during my stay. I understand that there are risks involved in the use of these facilities such as injury or death. The renter and all other parties on the premises during the stay hereby assume all risk of injury or harm as a result of the activities specified above and agree to release, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge the release from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, and causes of action due to death, injury, loss, or damage to the undersigned.
