It is meticulously maintained and ready to host an amazing vacation for yourself & your family. In the large screened-in solar heated pool area you'll find a propane grill, large tables & chairs. Located on an extra wide, intersecting canal, the views from the pool area are amazing. Explore the canals with our complimentary kayak or rent a boat to get to the river!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Pictures need to be updated. For example pictures show an empty lot next door. There is now a house there... Otherwise the view is nice. House is nice. Great pool. Good communication. Plenty of several styles of dishes and cookware. Enjoyed the pool table. We left the cover off. It would be cumbersome for people that need to use the pool table as a table since the cover is very heavy. Several areas to sit and talk. We spent most of the time on the lanai. Overall a great stay.

Enjoyable Stay

It was very relaxing to stay in this beautiful clean house. It is fully stocked with towels, plates, pans, wine glasses (you name it, and it was there.) It is like stepping into your own home. The pool was refreshing on hot days, and it was fun fishing in the saltwater canal in the backyard. The location is perfect; tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The owners are super kind and helpful. I created great memories on my vacation here and I am very pleased booking this house.

This house is tastefully furnished and is well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. The pool was warm when it was sunny, and we used the dock to tie a boat onto. The wide plank LVP was very soft underfoot. Plenty of TVs, also.
