This is a Southern Exposure and Gulf Access with 4 Kayaks for you and the family to enjoy!! The pool even has a table to hold your drinks! Plenty of space and outdoor living at its best!! Take a peak at the pictures and you will see the kitchen is large and beautiful! This home features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and Bunk beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. With amenities like WiFi, TV's in every room, Kayaks, AC/heating, hair dryer, and a washing machine & Dryer guests will feel right at home. If you are renting a boat there is plenty of room to tie up and it is a short ride to the river with no bridges so you are not restricted with whatever boat you would like to use!! This house met all of our needs for a family getaway. Very Clean, Heated Pool, Stocked Kitchen, and easy access to tons of restaurants, shopping and groceries. Jill was a great host, who communicated clearly and in good time. She was also wonderfully kind in mailing back a lost wallet after our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 2 weeks, only issues we had were refrigerator filter is needing replaced so we had to buy water to drink and for coffee making, Florida water tastes and smells different to us. Other issue was TV in main area kept on going off while streaming apps like paramount. Very strange! The remote was not working as down button was damaged on the remote. But owner quickly sent a new one, worked great. Thank you!

A Perfectly Located and Equipped Vacation Property

I've rented vacation homes in Cape Coral for 10 years and this was the nicest one to date. It's conveniently located near Del Prado in a nice and friendly neighborhood. House has everything you need. Our kids spent a ton of time in the pool, fishing in the canal or kayaking. Pool facing south giving you that all-day sun. Garage is big enough to fit a full-size SUV and has an additional fridge which was super convenient.TVs in every room for those hot/rainy days and a stacked kitchen with all the utensils.Jill the property manager was very welcoming, informative, and friendly as well as responding quickly to any messages, helping us have the perfect stay.10/10 would rent again.

Perfect in All the Ways

We rented this property for our son & his family. We were drawn by the location, just two blocks from our home in the Cape. Upon entry we were beyond pleased and that feeling just increased as the week passed! Thank you for the perfect locations, the perfect property and a fabulous family getaway!
