This house was perfect for our two families with 6 kids aged 1-7 years old! Pool was perfect for littles and got nice and warm with fun lights. Love that a high chair, stroller and pack and play were available for use. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Host was quick to respond when I had any questions!

Great layout, beautiful lanai and pool area

This house was fresh and clean - laid out perfectly for a multi-generational family vacation. The game room was a blast for the kids, and the lanai and pool provided a spectacular atmosphere.

Highly recommend to families!! Everyone slept in comfort, the pool and hot tub were great, the location was great, and home was so nice and clean! We had a blast!! Thank you!!

I am very picky about being clean, and this place was CLEAN!! The pool is controlled through an app and was easy to use. Ray was great with communication and made the process easy. We traveled with our dog, which there is a separate daily fee for, and there was even dishes and toys for her. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is on a channel that we saw osprey, spotted gar, turtles, and other fish. The kitchen is stocked with clean dishes, copper pans (no teflon), 2 coffee pots (Keurig and Ninja), a toaster, and an air fryer. We were too tired to use the game room, but it has everything. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to enjoy the property throughout the day. If we ever retuen to Cape Coral, i wouldn't hesitate to return to this VRBO. I highly recommend!!! 5 stars without question.

The check in process was so incredibly easy. Ray was great to communicate with and quick to respond! The kids loved the pool! The house was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay in The Cape!

Getting in was a breeze. It was clean, updated and central located. It was a nice place to stay for a fun Mother’s Day weekend. Ray was quick to respond and we had zero issues.

Beautiful home. Extremely clean and comfortable. The host responded right away. The stay there inspired me to get rid of all my clutter in my home. It had everything you’ve ever needed yet there’s absolutely no clutter! The place was amazing. I want to live there so bad. Pool area was perfect. I want to go back - like now!

Awesome stay!

If you are vacationing in Cape Coral, this is the place! The house is beautiful, the pool is perfect to enjoy and relax. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided. The property was spotless and organized. Owner was very polite, understanding and would respond to our questions within minutes. Looking forward to go back !

Perfect Stay!

Let me start by saying that Ray was amazing! So helpful and very attentive. We stayed here for 3 nights while we worked in the area. The house was definitely hard to leave. Very spacious and just a prefect overall set up. Will absolutely stay there again when we come back to finish up. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

A gem!

Our stay in this beautiful Home was an awesome experience. The pool and spa area was more than we expected. The host went above and beyond and had excellent communication with us for the duration of our stay. He was extremely flexible with our circumstances and home was fully stocked with everything we needed….we hope to stay in the updated gorgeous home again!

Great Family Rental

We arrived and the property was in great condition and clean. We had an incident occur while at the rental and it was handled within 1/2hr. after talking to Rey. He was easy to get in touch with any questions. The converted game room is a great addition to keep the kid occupied in their own space. The pool and hot tub were also a great addition and we spent alot time in both.

Words can’t describe how amazing this property is, had the best time ever. Game room amazing so much fun. House extremely clean. Fully renovated. Extremely comfortable beds. The host clearly has an understanding of what a vacation home should be. Location is great as well, near supermarket and restaurants. This property is beyond 5 stars. Beautiful decor. Outside area amazing, great pool. Overall excellent, this place has amazing good energy, peaceful, stress free. A happy place to be with family. Thank you for everything.

Highly recommend!

We had an amazing week at this home! VERY CLEAN and beautiful! WONDERFUL pool and hot tub! Open concept kitchen, dining and living room! Working with the host was extremely easy. He replied immediately with answers to our questions and was very well organized. Everything we needed was there and for those with small children, the home is located close to two beautiful playgrounds. I was surprised that as close as we were located to a main road, we didn’t have a lot of road noise! This home is located close to a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores etc, that makes it very convenient for any of your needs. We would definitely stay again!

As advertised! The property and the host were absolutely outstanding! Amazing communication and amenities. The location of the property is perfect with grocery stores, restaurants, coffee, and a park all within a short walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Pool, hot tub, and game room are fantastic and provided lots of fun! The kitchen and grill were all set up and ready to use and everything one needs is provided. Washer and dryer were great and everything needed from dryer sheets to dishwasher detergent is there. The host had excellent communication and kept us up to date answering all questions before I could even ask. Wi-fi is really good and there were no problems/ issues we had with anything at the property. We will definitely be back and we had an outstanding time. Dog toys are provided for those with pets. Additionally, cribs and infant items are provided as well.

This is a true vacation home. Everything is centered around relaxing and enjoying time with family.

After having previously amazing stays in Cape Coral, we were thrilled to check into this gem. Pictures are very reflective of the home you will check into.It was well stocked with essentials to run a household during our visit. We appreciated the accommodations provided for our furbabies and fun activities in the game room for our teen boys. Overall the house was welcoming, and designed to be an oasis for vacationers.Even the best vacations have hiccups along the way. In my opinion, especially with a vacation rental, the response of the host in very important. With any of the limited issues we had during our stay, the host Ray, handled everything professionally with prompt communication, problem solving, and amazing follow-up to make sure were satisfied and happy.In regards to logistics, this property is incredibly ideal with it's proximity to fun experiences in the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples area and beyond. Realistically, you are in a great spot to reach grocery stores, Big-box stores, and local restaurants to enhance your visit. Even if you are without transportation, there are a variety of restaurant and grocery delivery services available. We definitely created lasting family memories and are grateful for our time at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property. Vacation time is precious and I couldn't speak more highly about our family's time at this this property.

Amazing House!

We loved staying at this property! There were 6 of us—4 of our family aged 16-20. The house was perfect and Ray was a great host! He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to get back to us with any questions. The house was spacious and very clean. The game room had shuffle board, air hockey, basketball, foosball, a mini putting green, a great TV and large couch. The outside pool/spa area was amazing. We cook a lot and the kitchen was a great size—plenty big for 6 people to spread out and even make Xmas cookies. The grill works well and so does the fireplace table by the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet. We walked to the park most days and the neighbors were very friendly. Publix is within walking distance for groceries or a couple minute drive. If you like to eat out—there are so many great restaurants. For coffee drinkers, there is a good Cuban coffee shop in the business complex by Publix. Ray has great recommendations on his app for places to eat and things to do. The beaches are easy to get to from this house and there is an awesome mini golf course close by. Of all the houses we’ve rented, this one had the best pool/spa and game room hands down. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks for everything Ray. It was a great way to spend our Xmas.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday!

We had a great time on our Thanksgiving weekend stay at this lovely home. It came well stocked with everything we needed, especially when preparing a Thanksgiving family feast. The owner was very responsive to everything we needed. We highly recommend this vacation home for your next trip to the Cape Coral area!!

Amazing property

Despite we are a big family including Grandmas, kids and pets (what means that is very hard to please, joking) we have had a very special time in this property located in this quite neighborhood. Description online is accurate. Everything is clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was perfect. Definitely we will be back here next vacation. Thanks to Ray and family for your comprehension and kindness !
