the room looked clean, but there were a bunch of flies in the room. at first we thought it was the time of year, and they left the window open before we got there. after we killed a few we noticed on dead flies on the walls that were killed by previous guests. For the same amount of rewards points I can get a 5 star room in New York City. This hotel was by no means worth 15,000 points.
This accommodation was average at best. The hotel staff (family owned I believe) were not very friendly. Not a good representation of Wyndam properties. The continental breakfast was fair. The place needs a face lift and not not just cosmetic work. I wouldn't go back.
Everything was clean and quiet. Basic, nothing fancy but wasn't expecting it to be so from the price. We were happy with our quick stay and area.
The check in person was NOT friendly at all. I checked in right around 3pm. It was like he was irritated that he had yo do his job.. The rooms were clean. Comfortable beds.. Location was easy to get around the cape. Not sure if id stay again where there are so many places to choose from because of the staff
We had been there for the long weekend and had booked 3 rooms and we were 10 of us. All the rooms were very neat and clean and as per the pictures shown on booking.com.price also was economical. Decent items in breakfast like Bread butter, jam, fruits, cereals, coffee and muffins.
We travelled on the weekend of July 4th for 2 night. We could not sleep. The room odor was very bad. It was feeling like the didn't do a proper cleaning.we end up even open the door for some fresh. I will never go back there again and will not recommand the hotel to any body . The location is perfect but the rooms itself is terrible.
First thing, the room didn't seem to be dusted properly, the toilet was leaking at the base, every time you were flushing, yes, water coming on the floor. House keeping was asked to come back and never did so nothing clean for the second night. Front desk attendant just said "sorry about that "
We stayed in this lodging place for 2 nights which was right in the middle of everything as it was located in mid cape area. It is 10 min away from the busy downtown streets of Hyannis with an array of good restaurants and tourist spots like the JFK museum; the JFK memorial .The room was clean and decent. Wifi was fast , the front desk personnel were courteous and helpful, they even have free continental breakfast which was nice( bagels/ cereal/ juices/ fruit/ yogurt/ coffee) despite the very affordable rates.. I also tried the warm indoor pool which was an added family feature.Overall our stay was very satisfying and worth coming back. Thanks for also cleaning the rooms well.
I have stayed in various hotels in many locations for vacation, but never have I ever stayed in such a disgusting, old, smelly and dirty hotel. It looks like the rooms merely had new paint applied to existing dirty walls. I had to request a new room because mine smelled like mildew so much, but the Assistant Manager argued with me about it and tried to make me sound stupid or crazy. Then the second room they put me in, the bathroom emitted a horrible stench if the lower floor's toilets weren't flushed often enough. At that point I couldn't really ask for a third room because the Assistant Manager had been so rude the first time. They did not give us enough full sized towels for two adults, thus I had to keep getting more. This was also not received well by the front desk staff who seemed bothered by my requests. It seemed to be run (or owned) by a family that cooked with a lot of curry, and that smelled up parts of the property as well. I don't know about anyone else, but the smell of curry does not go with my morning coffee. I took a chance on the property because it said it was a Wyndham hotel, but I will NEVER, EVER again stay in any Wyndham hotel. They should be ashamed of themselves.
The bed was horrible.. the toilet makes noises all night. The room had a bad odor of mildew or mold. I refused to take a shower in that room. I had to leave after one night. The breakfast is bread and muffins. That's it.
