Excellent option for our pre-cruise stay. Camello and Opal handled our check-in and they were fantastic. Customer service is their first priority and it shows. The onsite restaurant was a great choice for breakfast and dinner. We easily caught an Uber from the hotel to the port. Publix is not far if you need any last minute items and a McDonald’s is within walking distance if you choose to eat outside of the hotel. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Brand new hotel and super nice area around it. Stayed there to catch a cruise the next day and would stay here again. Missed the rocket launch but could have seen it if we remembered.

The location is nice and clean. Very disappointed in the indifference and inability to handle a simple concept of extending a stay for an extra day. If you abducate the ability to Expedia and chose not to make it easy to take my money without a circular event of Expedia website saying to contact the hotel and then the hotel saying go back to Expedia and do a live chat, I figure you don't care about customer service. I mean it's not like it was hard to secure a room for the night at a different hotel without the hassle (and I saved money on the new hotel so thank you for the runaround. )
