Whether you`re taking the ultimate beach vacation or traveling for business, this home has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Nestled in the heart of Cape Canaveral, it`s easy to travel to main attractions, take a 5 minute walk to the beach, or quick 5 minute drive to the Port!



This well-appointed home is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring and offers plenty of amenities in each room to ensure maximum comfort.



The open concept design allows for ease of movement between the living room and kitchen. The cozy living area features a full sized pull out sofa, Smart TV, games, and books.



Just off of the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that accommodates up to six people. The open concept kitchen/dining area is a perfect place to host family dinners. Guests love to gather around the sweeping kitchen island that offers seating for four people. The kitchen is fully stocked with a pod/drip combination Keurig, kitchen utensils, and double door refrigerator with a water and ice maker.



Accessing the backyard from the kitchen is effortless. The expansive sliding glass doors open from both sides out to the private patio where you will find a propane BBQ, outdoor seating, and a grassy yard.



The spacious master bedroom is an oasis of its own. This room offers a king bed, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace with monitor, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The elegant master bath has his and her vanities and walk in shower.



In the other two rooms you will find a comfy queen bed, two twin beds, and large dressers for extra storage. A high chair and pack-n-play is provided for guest use.

Guests have access to the entire home except for two closets - one in the master bathroom and one in the garage.
