Had a great time there. Cottage was spotless ..beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.Great location couple blocks from beach.Brian and Erin are very kind and got back to us right away..Kitchen very well stocked..could use an upgrade on more comfortable furniture in living rm..would definitely book in future..

Cozy little place near the beach

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice little place . We had a few issues that the owner did her best to rectify.

Nice place

Just moved to Florida and stayed here for a month. It is a nice place, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. We brought our dog and she had a great time as well.

Perfect for my family!

It was exactly what our family needed. Close to the beach, clean, and comfortable! The pool was really nice. The owners were great, even letting us in early when we got to town way, way ahead of our expected arrival time.

We had such a good experience renting here! The house was stocked with all the essentials and more, making things super easy and convenient! Erin and Bryan were very helpful with information prior to our trip as well! We can’t wait to come back!

Thank you for having us at your cozy cottage. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is right there even down to the laundry detergent and dryer sheets 💚 Very well kept place and the bed is really comfortable too. We would definitely come back to this place.

Winter Get-Away with Dog

This was a wonderful 2 weeks with our dog. There were 2 other units in this complex and both of them had dogs as well. The dogs got to play while we got to relax before returning to the cold. Location was great.

Perfect for business and pleasure

Stayed at the cottages on a business trip and loved it. The place has high speed internet and you don't have to share the signal with a hotel full of people. I can even get on the wi-fi sitting by the pool! Parking is right outside the door, the place is quiet. Last time I stay at a hotel in Cape Canaveral!

The home is very nice and management is very responsive. There was air conditioning issues, moldy smell in house and pool was dirty.

Comfortable unit

Overall this is a very nice condo. Just right for two people. The hot water heater could not handle anymore. I would suggest adding a ceiling fan in the bedroom and new window treatments as the wooden blinds are dated and difficult to use. We spent about seven weeks here and do expect to stay with Brian and Erin again in the future. We already have our eye on the first floor unit in 2021.

This property has a TV but doesn’t come with TV service. You can log into YOUR AT&T account, if you have one. We bought an inexpensive Roku at the store and problem solved. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Cute cottage with plenty of room for our family!

We loved the location and the lovely pool of this cute cottage! Our family of 4 found it a nice place to stay while visiting NASA and of course the beach. It was unusually cold during our stay so the pool and the ocean was too cold to really enjoy without a skin suit, which my son wore to surf. But we still enjoyed ourselves emensley! Although it’s a 1 bedroom, there was an air bed (twin) in the closet and we brought one with us, so we just moved the table and set up the air beds in that spot. Of course there is a full size futon, but we wanted to be able to use it as a couch while watching tv even while the boys were in bed. Anyway, everything was there that we needed and the place is so lovely! I hope to return again sometime soon!!!

Cute, clean property steps from the beach

Tastefully decorated, clean 1bed maybe 2 blocks from the beach. Host was very communicative and great to work with. Nice pool and pool area included. Washer, dryer and grill. The unit was second floor which I was not aware when booking, or I would not have managed the stairs. Rough neighbors with sort of a run-down apartment - police were there often but I felt safe! There was a mattress by the entryway which felt tacky to me. Shower curtain kept falling down but we rigged it back up.

Could live there!

Very pleasant stay. Having a full kitchen was very important as we took all meals there, which really helps keep costs down. The onsite laundry room is always a must for us, as it allows us to underpack for trips. The weather was not the greatest so the pool was a bit too cold to enjoy, but that is not under anyone's control, and it is nice to have the option. The walk to the beach was reasonable and two streets over is a town park on the beach with bathroom facilities, so you do not have to run all the back to the unit, if you are at the beach. There were fishing poles available and we did enjoy that. There were a few minor quirks, but that just reminded me of home. The little deck was really nice to relax on also. We really enjoyed our time there. If I had to list any flaws it would be nice if the showerhead had a water saver option, as 4min 48sec was a bit short for me. That being said it was overall a very nice experience.
