Fully furnished with living, dining and separate kitchen area, as well as a private balcony that overlooks the pool and ocean. King bed in the master bedroom. Perfect getaway for relaxation and fun or for the corporate space industry client. Canaveral Towers offers a heated pool and sauna, putting green, shuffleboard court, or a stroll on the beach. Sports courts are four blocks away. Cocoa Beach public golf course is six miles south on SR A1A, with other courses on the mainland. Canaveral Towers is a majestic nine-story oceanfront condominium with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean offering 2 or 3 bedroom units. Set in a quiet location just 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach pier, Canaveral Towers is a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and Port Canaveral. (7 nights minimum stay is required/mandated by the City of Cape Canaveral).

Perfect for a family of 4-5!

Updated very well with open concept. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Washer/dryer for very small loads, but convenient. Amazing views of rocket launches. Beautiful beach and nice large pool. Elevators a little slow. Quick, easy, 5-10 min drive into busy Cocoa Beach. Good WiFi. Building and property very secure, but using a key to get anywhere was slightly inconvenient. All and all we would highly recommend condo 702!!!
