Beach Break Inn es una casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con piscina privada a minutos de la playa (se puede ver el océano desde el área del porche, ladrillo de la puerta construido en branquias de carbón, área de cenador sombreada alrededor de la piscina, ducha exterior junto a la piscina, cocina grande, televisores en todas las habitaciones, cable e internet y teléfono residencial. El dormitorio principal tiene cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tiene cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Lavadora y secadora en el armario del segundo dormitorio. Amplia zona de aparcamiento privado. Pasee por la playa hasta el muelle, a poco más de una milla de distancia, la famosa tienda de surf Ron Jons, a solo unos minutos de distancia. Hay mucho que hacer y lugares para comer. The host was very accommodating and attentive! It’s a very nice, fun beach house! Lots of room, games, and even a foos ball table. Well furnished clean, spacious kitchen! It’s the perfect Cocoa beach stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay

The property was very clean, Check in was very organized and easy. Communication was exceptional with the owners. There is everything that you need here for an absolutely wonderful beach vacation. The pool landscaping hot tub and tiki area were absolutely wonderful. We will absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful family vacation

My wife and two teenage kids loved the backyard, pool, spa and tiki hut. Inside was clean and decorated nicely. Just a couple minute walk to the beach/ocean. Host were very nice and accommodating. Close to NASA and only an hours drive to Orlando. We would definitely recommend.

Relaxing Retreat

Great Location

Very close to beach! Pool area is awesome! Couple of takeaways that would improve it: Could really use a bigger washer/dryer. A full length mirror. Icemaker worked but won’t dispense out the door. House is Very hard to keep cool during the day. Overall we loved it and would return!

Loved the pool and Cabana

Great to have the pool with shade so close to the beach so when kids got tired of the sand and surf we all could relax back at the pool in privacy.

A perfect place to stay with your own private sparkling pool, half a block to the beach and lots of stores/food nearby. Big kitchen and plenty of outside chairs.

Another Great Stay

This was our third time staying and it gets better every time. The renovations in the backyard made it easy to stay there all day and into the night rather than walking to the beach a block away. Close to everything and owner always available.

Backyard Heaven

Jim and Becky are amazing hosts. The backyard is heaven, pool, hot tub, tiki hut, ring toss, cobble stones, private. I loved having coffee by the pool every morning.The property is also just steps away from the beach which made morning and sun set walks a treat. It's also super fun to watch the rockets launch!! I loved this place and will stay there again!!!

Family vacation

The location was great. It was a straight 5 min walk to the beach. The tiki hut, pool, and hot tub gave it a private resort vibe. It was very clean and the pictures very well represented the rental property. We would highly recommend it!

Location Space and Privacy

The proximity to the beach was excellent. The unit was very spacious and accommodating for my family's needs. The private backyard with pool is a rare find in this location. Great for walking.

House was great. It had everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the beach. The weather was perfect. The biggest problem was deciding to go to the beach or the pool! My family had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Comfortable and relaxing

This is the second time we have stayed at Beach Break Inn and it is thoroughly enjoyable. We stayed over Christmas and there were Christmas decorations to help us celebrate. The only thing that could have made this better is if the pool were heated.

Close to beach

The location was close to the beach, which was awesome. A bummer however that the pool wasn't available for use. A lot of drama regarding revamping of the outside areas but we found other things to do. Nice house to vacation in.

2nd year stay

The house is conveniently located, has all amenities, without the feel of a hotel stay which we don’t like. We love the updates to pool and added spa. Kids and I enjoy the quick walk to beach or kick back in the privacy of pool. Got to venture out this year and visit local restaurants and sites. Truly a great vacation for our family.

Great location with impressive outdoor space

We had a group of 5 people stay in the upstairs apartment. The sleeping accommodations were good and the beds comfortable. Unit was clean. Kitchen amply stocked. Appliances good. Street parking for 3 cars. Pool & Hot tub is a great ammenity.
