Welcome to one of our newest units, Villa #18. This 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom unit sleeps four, with one queen bed in the bedroom, and one queen pullout sofa bed in the living area. Laundry is located in the Villa. Private kitchen, private bathroom, and private living area. Coco Sand Villas are conveniently located 5 blocks from the beach, a 10-minute ride to Port Canaveral, 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and 25 minutes to Patrick Space Force Base.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a dining table.
