An exceptional and unforgettable experience

I’ve stayed in some wonderful houses in Italy over the years, but this property might be the best ever. Aside from its location in the beautiful countryside near Lucca (a car is essential), it offers ample space, comfort, and privacy for a group (7 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom) as well as a large, well-equipped kitchen, pool, terraces, and a covered outdoor dining area. Our superb host, Pietro, did everything he could to make us feel at home and made two memorable meals for our group (if he offers, say yes!). The house is a recently converted traditional stone barn, so it combines rustic Tuscan charm with modern, functional plumbing and appliances. What could be better? It's as gorgeous as the pictures. I can't recommend this property strongly enough.

Fast ein Traum

Schönes renoviertes Bauernhaus im toskanischen Stil. Super toller großer Pool, allerdings Ende September nicht mehr warm, aber für Hartgesottene noch immer ok. Die Duschen liefern nur langsam warmes Wasser und oft nur als Rinnsal. Energie für Strom ist echt teuer, aber in der aktuellen Zeit ist alles teuer. Etwas mehr an grossen Schüsseln wäre wünschenswert und eine zu kleine Kaffeemaschine. Zum einkaufen ussten wir schon ca. 5 km fahren. Der kleine Laden um die Ecke reichte nicht immer aus.

Mooi van ver, maar toch al wat uitgewoond, geen 5*

Het huis ziet er op het eerste zicht prima uit. De addertjes komen na verloop van tijd: lichtpunten die niet werken, kapotte tegels aan het zwembad, douche zonder debiet, en een zeer hoog onverklaarbaar stroomverbruik. Wij betaalden 500 euro cash (geen reçu gekregen!?) voor het zogenaamde stroomverbruik. Dit was een grote teleurstelling, want wij hadden zogezegd 1300 KWh verbruikt, wat praktisch onmogelijk is. Wij hebben de airco amper gebruikt. Goed de meterstanden nakijken en opvolgen!!!

En perle i Lucca og Toscana.

Vi var 14 venner som bodde her fra 25.06 til 02.07.22. Huset var flott på alle måter, langt over våre forventninger. Alt var i meget god stand og huset fremstår lekkert innredet med flotte soverom og bad. Uteområdet med basseng var også helt topp. Vi må også nevne Pietro som en vert ved huset. En opplevelse i seg selv og en fantastisk mann. Han lagde flott middag til hele reisefølge to kvelder, til en veldig hyggelig pris. VI kan varmt anbefale dette stedet.

Sehr schön gelegener Pool u große überdachte Terrasse am Haus. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Sehr große Küche. Lediglich die Couch im Wohnbereich ist zu klein bemessen.

RUTH

Toskana im November

Die Toskana ist immer eine Reise wert. Es hat viele historische Städte zu besuchen und auch das Meer ist in Reichweite. Vorallem haben wir die Toskana sehr still und mit wenig Touristen erleben dürfen. Das ist ein grosser Vorteil im November. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Sehr grosszügiges, gepflegtes Haus

Die Haus und auch der Umschwung sind sehr grosszügig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und die Küche sehr grosszügig eingerichtet. Die Möbel im Aussenbereich und auch die Liegestühle am Pool sind nicht mehr die Neuesten. Ausserdem fanden wir den Grill recht grenzwertig und v.a. am falschen Ort platziert.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Neben der tollen Anlage haben wir den phantastischen Kochservice durch P. und seine Assistentin M. sehr genossen. Sie haben uns den Urlaub noch ein ganzes Stück entspannter erleben lassen (Motto von Pietro: Relax!). Darüberhinaus war P. sehr hilfreich bei außergewöhnlichen Situationen (Besorgen von Medikamenten gegen Ohrenschmerzen, organisieren von Covid-Test für Rückreise u.s.w.). Der beste Familienurlaub, den wir bisher hatten.

Sehr schönes Haus super für große Familien, . Ein paar Verbesserungen wären super, es fehlt ein großer Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse und am Pool .Leider waren die im Beschrieb ausgewiesenen Mückengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern nicht vorhanden und wir hatten extrem viele Schnaken. Die Umzäunung des Grundstücks ist nicht komplett, wir hatten morgens Besuch von einem sehr großen Hund. Hauswart ... ist ein Goldstück, sehr zuverlässig und kompetent. Seine Kochkünste sensationell.
