A nice stay

The apartment is located in a beautify landscaped gated building. Very clean and well maintained with full kitchen and everything you may need for a short or a long stay. It is very quiet and you'll be waking up with the sounds of birds singing. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open while I was there also there was an issue with the elevator for the first 5 days which was a bit uncomfortable as I needed it for my work gear. Also the hot water stopped for one evening but it was fixed next day - it was nice of the owner to send a box of fine chocolates as an apologies for all the inconveniences and I also received a complimentary housekeeping for the second week I was there. Martine was very nice and fast to reply to messages, even though she wasn't in Nice. The apartment is great I really wish the pool was working as it is quite nice. I would recommend this apartment.

Un séjour inoubliable dans ce superbe appartement très propre et tout équipé avec une grande terrasse.La résidence arborée avec une immense piscine est très agréable avec un gardien très sympathique.L’emplacement est vraiment parfait près du centre ville, de la Croisette et de la plage.Le bus passe aux pieds de la résidence.Excellente communication avec la propriétaire.Adresse à retenir.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cet appartement d'une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est parfaite pour un moment de détente et de rafraichissement lors des fortes chaleurs du mois d'août. Communication très réactive et sympathique avec la propriétaire madame Vincent. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Une pépite

De toutes les locations de vacances dans lesquelles nous avons séjournés, celle-ci est de loin la meilleure. La résidence est calme et parfaitement entretenue, un jardin verdoyant absolument magnifique et une piscine à la température optimale pour laquelle de nombreux équipements sont à disposition. Il y a plein de commerces à proximité et la plage n'est qu'à une dizaine de minute à pied. L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé et équipé comme il se doit pour faire face à la chaleur du sud que l'on ne remarque même plus une fois la climatisation déclenchée. Nous avons cependant un regret malgré tout... celui d'être rentrés chez nous :D Ce n'est que partie remise !

Résidence magnifique et calme

Le jardin de la résidence est magnifique, la piscine est chaude (un peu vétuste mais elle doit être refaite avant la saison prochaine). L'appartement est agréable en particulier la terrasse. La clim était en panne, mais j'avais été prévenue au préalable. La propriétaire est très sympathique, elle essaie toujours de faire au mieux pour ses locataires. Le gardien de la résidence est très souriant, très agréable, toujours prêt à aider et de très bons conseils pour visiter la région.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons tout de suite été séduits par la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Madame Vincent. L appartement est d une propreté irréprochable, extrêmement bien équipé, rien ne manque ...Il est très spacieux et la jolie terrasse est très appréciable pour les dîners d été. Madame Vincent a pensé à tout pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible .Tout y est ! En plus, nul besoin de prendre la voiture en ce mois d août , il est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, de la rue d Antibes ... Nous avons déjà envie de revenir

Excellent séjour

Appartement conforme à la description et aux photos. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et agréable à vivre. Il ne manque rien au niveau équipement. Il est situé dans une très belle résidence, très propre et très bien entretenue (mention spéciale au joli parc arboré). Une fois sorti de la résidence, l'avenue vous mène sur la droite au centre en un petit 1/4 d'heure à pied, pas besoin de voiture. Encore merci pour la délicate attention qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire par téléphone et par mail qui nous a même offert une nuitée supplémentaire. En résumé, un excellent séjour dû en grande partie à la qualité de l'appartement.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement (3 personnes), et nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La propriétaire est très disponible et sympathique, tout comme la personne qui s'occupe du check-in et check-out. La résidence est bien située, proche de toutes commodités.
