This beautiful duplex flat is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people and is distributed over two floors connected by interior stairs.

The main floor has a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, a 55" Smart TV and a dining area. From here there is access to a nice terrace equipped with table, chairs and stunning sea views, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors.
