Villa Sirenas tiene una gran vista y un lugar tranquilo.

Villa de 3,600 pies cuadrados, 4 habitaciones, 4 baños completos, 2 medios baños con piscina con jacuzzi en la azotea en un pequeño complejo exclusivo frente al mar.

La villa está bien diseñada y muy bien mantenida con un gran salón comedor y un baño a nivel del suelo. La cocina cuenta con gabinetes de madera maciza y amplios mostradores de granito. La zona de asientos tiene capacidad para 9 personas y, además, hay una mesa de comedor con 10 sillas y 4 sillas altas en la barra de desayuno. Directamente fuera del comedor hay un balcón con vistas a la gran piscina comunitaria rodeada de cocoteros y arbustos en flor.

Hay cuatro habitaciones dobles, todas con baños de mármol y balcones con vista al mar. Las habitaciones, como las salas de estar de la planta baja, están muy bien amuebladas para disfrutar de su estadía.

Dos de las habitaciones tienen un área de alcoba que alberga un sofá futón y es adecuado para que los niños pequeños estén "dentro de la habitación", pero permiten la privacidad debido al armario intermedio de tamaño completo.

El techo es la "pieza de resistencia de la propiedad, con una piscina privada estilo" Jacuzzi ", vistas de 180 grados sobre el océano, dos hamacas tamaño queen para adorar al sol y muebles de patio para relajarse por la noche, estrella mirando y una copa de vino tranquila.

La villa dispone de aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas partes. Hay cuatro balcones con vista al mar con muebles de patio y otro balcón con vista a la vegetación de manglar en el frente si la propiedad se extiende por unos 2 kilómetros, proporcionando una sensación de aislamiento, tranquilidad y seguridad.

La propiedad está ubicada en la comunidad de Punta Caracol, que está a 6 km al norte a lo largo de la carretera de la playa desde la plaza del pueblo de Puerto Morelos. Existe un régimen de condominio debidamente registrado con administradores de propiedades profesionales y dos empleados de mantenimiento / limpieza a tiempo completo, uno de los cuales habla muy bien el inglés y vive en una casita con su esposa y sus dos hijos pequeños.

Punta Caracol es un lado norte muy agradable de Puerto Morelos, muy tranquilo y sin tráfico. Justo en frente del segundo arrecife más grande del mundo directamente en frente de la propiedad .; El pueblo de Puerto Morelos está a solo 15 minutos en auto, es un pequeño pueblo de pescadores, con multitud de restaurantes, una iglesia católica, supermercados, una cafetería, bares, tiendas de recuerdos, una hermosa playa de arena blanca llena de barcos de pesca, un muelle, un faro inusual y una plaza de la ciudad a menudo zumbando con la actividad nocturna y el entretenimiento de una auténtica comunidad mexicana.

Muchas actividades son posibles aquí; snorkel, buceo, pesca en alta mar, kayak, kite surf y ciclismo para los enérgicos, o simplemente relajarse en la playa o disfrutar del lujo de un masaje maya relajante para aquellos que buscan momentos más tranquilos.

La villa se encuentra a 25 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Cancún y es una base excelente para explorar la Riviera Maya y todo lo que tiene para ofrecer. Muy cerca se encuentra el Parque Nacional, el zoológico Crococun "práctico", varias zonas de baño subterráneas de "cenotes" y el Jardín Botánico de Puerto Morelos. A solo 30 minutos de Cancún y Playa del Carmen, hay una gran cantidad de atracciones para explorar a poca distancia en automóvil, incluidos parques de aventura, ruinas mayas, parques acuáticos, experiencias de nado con delfines, tirolesa, Golf, tenis, discotecas y fabulosas tiendas.

Great house with a few draw backs

Seaweed and not being able to flush toilet paper were a real drag. That would have been nice to know before. The property is lovely but the seaweed smell was awful we had to leave early and go somewhere else. The home is beautiful and quiet and close to everything. The beds are awfully hard. Would appreciate a heads up on the seaweed and bathroom issues, may have changed our plans

Retreat by the Sea

Lovely condo with all the amenities to cook, relax, play board games and enjoy sea. Host gave us suggestions on restaurants and outings. Rooftop pool is great as well as the shared pool below. It’s a 10 minute drive from the center of Puerto Morelos. We would definitely recommend!

Family trip to Puerto Morelos

This was our first trip to Mexico. This house was perfect for us—my husband and I and our 3 “big kids” aged 24,22,19–since we each had our own room, bathroom and private balcony. The rooftop was our favorite place in the whole house. The view was spectacular, and the sound of the waves and breezes from the ocean were heaven! We did not use the shared pool, but it was conveniently located if we wanted to use it. Sadly, the smell of the sargassum (seaweed) kept us from staying at the ground level and beach for very long, but honestly we didn’t really mind since the rooftop was so spacious and convenient. The internet was strong on main floor, but spotty on the upper levels. Had some trouble figuring out the fancy new washing machine, but other than that we have no complaints. Fernando, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, grocery, etc. He even referred me to a local tour guide who took us on a private tour of Ek Balam Mayan ruins, which was absolutely amazing. If you are needing lots of space and enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle of town, this is a perfect home to rent. I highly recommend.

Great place, HORRIBLE beds

This property is in a great location! Right on the water and very convenient to Puerto Morelos. The only complaint I had was the beds! It was like sleeping on concrete. One bed had a mattress topper, but the other 2 beds we were using did not. We had to drive into Cancun on our second day to buy mattress toppers to make the beds tolerable (spending $400) The owner of the property would not reimburse us for the 2 toppers, so we donated them to people who needed them…so BEWARE…the beds are AWFUL! The property manager was awesome to work with and gave us all kinds of recommendations for eating out in Puerto.

I always rent a villa on the sand. Your pictures and property description alluded to this, but was still a little fuzzy. this complex has 2 units fronting the beach and 4 units in the back, sharing a pool. I specifically asked a VRBO rep if Casa Sirena fronted the beach and was told that it did! Further, your rep confirmed that it wasn't a part of the 4-unit group sharing one pool! Flat-out LIES! Your advertising for this property was deceptive - and compounded by gross prevarification! I would never had rented this villa and it will probably be a long while before I ever bring up VRBO on my computer. You guys really suck!

Amazing stay

The property was accurate from the listing and more. Nice little touches like snacks, fruits, and water. The place is spacious and everyone getting their own bathroom was fantastic. But the best part of the stay was the rooftop. The jacuzzi and view were great. We spent most of our time during the day up there. We loved our stay.

Met Expectations and a Little More

My family of 4, my 2 cousins and their partners enjoyed this villa for the past 7 days and it was wonderful! Fernando was so accommodating on the first day as we were running late for our check in due to traffic and trouble at the airport. He waited patiently for arrival and showed us around the villa. This place looks EXACTLY like the pictures!! The rooftop with pool was spectacular after a long day in the hot sun (although not ideal for children under 3). The only downside is the massive amount of seaweed on the beach but that's the state of the ocean right now, the two pools we had access to made up for it! The location is great too so having a rental car really allowed us to explore the area. Overall we had a wonderful time especially since everyone had their own bathroom! Lol. Would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to come again!!

Gorgeous villa in a paradise. The place to stay in Mexico!

We were staying in this villa for 11 days and everything with it felt like a paradise. It is located between the jungle and the beach which felt calm and relaxing though it is located 15 minutes by car from cosy Puerto Morelos. The villa has everything that you could ask for. Every room has: View over the Caribbean sea, good air-condition, a bathroom and balcony. But the best was probably the exceptional private rooftop with jacuzzi that you can enjoy at any time during the day. (Looking up at the stars at night was a magical moment we will always remember). The villa is also located close to the hotel resorts which makes the location feel very safe though you are still outside the tourism in a peaceful space. The neighbours where very friendly, not to mention Leo who also was very friendly and took care of the pool and area outside the villa. Fernando was was very helpful and communicative during our whole stay, he waited for us and made us feel very welcome though that we came late with our flight. He also gave us the kind opportunity to stay an extra night when our flight home was cancelled and re-booked. The only thing that we did not fully expect when arriving was was the high amount of seaweed on the beach which prevented us from swimming and walking along the coast. Though we learned afterwards that the amount depends on the seasons and there is not so much that you can do about it. Puerto Morelos became our favourite town after renting a car and exploring the Riviera Maya all way from Cancun to Tulum. A lot of see-worthy places and some beautiful clean beaches around when renting a car. Perfect location. If we would come back to Mexico we would definitely come back to this place!

Fantastic Views

We stayed May 31- June 8, so we caught the back end of a tropical depression. When we arrived we were exhausted from delayed weather on flights and were immediately excited we had a very large fruit presentation, cool air, large open living space, and storm shutters on the glass (in case things got wild). We, family of 4, shared the space my wife’s brother and his family of four. As we toured the space to our delight each room has a couch, personal AC, and full bath. All identical, except one had a tv that the cousins could play Xbox on. The house decor is great but the tropical plants everywhere gave it that paradise feel. Kitchen is well stocked with what you need and the roof top is full of great views, jungle on one side where sun sets and ocean on the other. You’ll need to rent a car if you plan to visit lots of spots. There are cool beaches nearby, xenotes, and shopping. Fernando was great with communicating with us and made the stay flawless. He sent us a nurse to get our covid tests to fly back to the states which was convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family of 6 (young adult children, my husband, myself and my mom) visited and stayed the first week in May. Fernando and Pilar (property managers) were so helpful in offering suggestions for planning before we arrived, very quick to reply to any questions. We were unexpectedy early arriving, but Pilar came right over get us sorted out. I really can't speak highly enough about them! The villa itself is lovely, very large and beautifuly decorated; it is exactly as pictured. The bedrooms each have king size beds and an en suite bathroom; plenty of space for everyone to have down time. Each room is ocean facing and has its own balconey and air conditioner, very comfortable in the warm and humid climate. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items and even some spices/seasonings. The large dining table accomodated everyone comfortably, and there's a breakfast bar for days we headed out. The balconey off the dining area was our coffee spot in the morning, where the sounds of the ocean and birds started the day beautifully. The sitting room, has plenty of comfy chairs for everyone and a TV with netflix available, we didn't use the TV much but it was nice to have. The real highlight for us was the roof top deck, which had a table, seating area, 2 lounge beds and an amazing plunge pool... all with a view of the ocean. We spent almost every afternoon post excursion, having snacks and happy hour; watching the sunset. Very peaceful. A car is needed, and it's worth it!

A must!

What a beautiful property! Really felt like a vacation and that was was kids. Lots of room.. kitchen had everything we needed! Fernando was amazing help. Even brought us blow up rafts. Safe town. Seaweed was outrageous. Sounds like it came early and boy was there a lot of it. Smell was terrible, but that's mother nature. Leo was awesome and so nice. Always cleaning and works so hard. Thank you for such a great time Leo and Fernando!

Great Communication, Great Service, Great Property

Perfect Holiday Vacation Getaway

We were a family of 7 consisting of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 adult children and 1 teenager. This house had plenty of room for everyone with lots of open space, games to play and access to private pool and little beach area. Very quiet setting. The roof top balcony was perfect to end our day relaxing and looking at the amazing view. Getting to town takes about 15 minutes so a rental car is the best option. Fernando was very helpful and attentive to any questions or requests that we had. He was able to arrange a doctor to come to the house and do a COVID test which was extremely convenient. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this rental and Puerto Morales for a quiet vacation away from the busy city/resort activities if that is what your looking for. We felt safe our entire vacation and everyone was extremely friendly.

2nd time back

We loved staying here so much in October we returned for another stay in November. We love all the neighbors here, and the views are spectacular. We went into downtown Puerto Morelos on several occasions and enjoyed all the little shops and restaurants. Can’t wait for our next trip back!

Absolute Paradise

This place has like a magical tree house vibe and we loved it so much we booked again for upcoming Thanksgiving. The house is spacious and has magnificent views from every room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. Fernando the property manager was fantastic, he was always prompt in responding to any of our questions or needs! And Moses who maintains the property is so pleasant! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area has a breathtaking view of the Caribbean. I resist saying too many nice things because I always want it to be available for us to stay. All the neighbors were so friendly and we can’t wait to get back there! Beyond 5 stars.

Loved this place!

The house was very clean and everything was as promised. The only problem we encountered was that the hot tub was not heated. Very well stocked and well kept. We all loved the house and the quiet community. We will be back!

Beautiful Villa Sirenas near Puerto Morelos

Fernando met us at the villa when we arrived, to deliver the keys and give us a tour of where everything was and how it worked. He also gave us some recommendations for nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The few times we texted him with questions, he replied quickly, even though it was over the Christmas/New Year's holiday. All four bedrooms are well equipped, each having their own bathroom, king-sized bed, and patio, with table and chairs as well as a great view. They are not all the same size, but all were ample. There was a water cooler with plenty of 5 gallon refills for our stay, giving us easy access to drinking water and the ability to make our own ice. Our favorite place was the rooftop patio, which is where we spent a lot of our time. It overlooks the Carribean Sea with plenty of seating, an umbrella, mini-fridge, two large sunbeds, and a jacuzzi - not heated - but the temperature was perfect for refreshing dips. The villa is four floors and, like most of the places we visited in the area, there are no elevators. We got used to the stairs very quickly and managed just fine. We were a party of six adults and had plenty of space to gather and retreat. We all agreed that we would stay at Villa Sirenas again. Don't miss the nearby town of Puerto Morelos (a short drive or cab ride away). There are many great little restaurants, a nice beach, great people, and in the center of town on weekends, vendor booths with jewelry, artwork, etc.

Ample house, well built and maintained with a gorgous roof top view.

We were very pleased with Villa Sirenas. There are four floors of well appointed rooms. The weather was beautiful and the service provided was professional and always friendly. Regarding transportation, we thought we would try it by taking taxis. But after a few days realized it was better to rent a car to get around as the location is somewhat remote. Overall, we highly recommend Villa Sirenas.
