Absolutely loved my stay here – it truly felt like a home. The property is spotless, peaceful, and incredibly well-maintained. The staff were not only kind and accommodating but went above and beyond to assist me—especially with directions and anything else I needed during my stay. The facility itself is beautiful, with everything working perfectly—TV, air conditioning, and all other amenities. It's clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining this place. The response time from staff was also impressively fast anytime I had a question or request. One of the things I appreciated most was the quiet and serene atmosphere. It made it so easy to relax and enjoy every moment. I genuinely loved being here and would return. Traveler tips: You’ll need to walk a bit to reach shops and restaurants, so if you're not used to the heat, or walking, I recommend going out early in the morning or late in the afternoon. There’s a convenient OXXO just around the corner for quick snacks and essentials. Do keep in mind that while the place itself is mosquito-free, the city does have quite a few, so bring repellent if you're planning to explore the area.

This was my very first time visiting Cancun. Everyone that works here is so friendly. I had arrived at 10 or 11 am - Check in wasn't available until 3 pm but they were able to let me into my room earlier which was so awesome. The room and bathroom are huge and very clean. I had hot water for showers everyday. The balcony was beautiful. I loved to sit out and drink my coffee each morning while the sun rose. This really is an amazing stay. I did not receive a code for the front door, only the front gate. So I had to have the security guard or the housekeeper let me in each day. The security guard was super nice, he had no problem letting me in each day - sometimes multiple times a day. I did try an reach out to the owner or person through WhatsApp, Multiple times, to recieve my code to the front door but never received a reply or code for the front door. It is within walking distance of a couple of convenience stores. They also have complementary coffee in the kitchen. I did not get a chance to use the pool, as I was having dental work done the whole time but it looked very clean and clear. The kitchen and dining room are beautifully decorated. Very welcoming. The Vica Guest house will be where I stay when visiting Cancún in the future. They are all very nice and welcoming.

They would not give us a Tom on the first floor, I’m handicapped and the house doesn’t have an elevator, I left the following morning and requested a refund for the remaining 5 days… opened a case with Expedia.

We had a very pleasant stay at Vica GH. The home is beautiful and well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Just a note for future guests: this is not a hotel, so there is no daily room cleaning unless you request it. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Great value, clean and good location.m

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom was big, but like other reviewers mentioned, the shower wasn’t warm. It didn’t bother me too much so I didn’t mention it. The pool was refreshing and for the most part only used by me on my two days. The staff were lovely, friendly and patient with my limited Espanol. The only drawback was they didn’t send me the email with the entry code for their ‘digital reception’ which really stressed me out. The day before and day I was flying out, I’d asked for it by contacting them through hotels.com and on their WhatsApp number and didn’t get a reply. The app they suggested downloading wasn’t straight forward and requested sign in details with no registration option, so that didn’t work. It was to be my first accommodation in my Mexico trip and I wouldn’t/didn’t have a sim card/data when i arrived to try and figure things out or contact them once I’d arrived. Thankfully, the ‘digital reception’ was accompanied by a helpful security guard who helped me, but he wasn’t 24/7, so they really need to get better at sending that info out prior to arrival. Location was good for me. 10 mins walk to the big mall and easy access via uber to everywhere else like the ADO and supermarkets.
