Since we arrived, Mr. Abraham open the door of the vehicle and we felt right at home. EVERYONE was courteous, were ready to welcome you, offer any services and suggestions. Rooms were spotless and they offered to clean rooms or complementary waters every day. The installation is beautiful, pools the beach area, restaurants, lobby. Family oriented with games for everyone, but other pools in case you wanted to hand out with adults only. Will return for sure.

The place itself was fine, but I want to warn other guests: once you get your key, it’s best not to talk to anyone, not the concierges or anyone else, and just head straight to your room. As soon as they hand you the key, they try to give you a pitch for a timeshare “upgrade,” which is basically a scam. It’s a really shady practice they have there. Also, the food isn’t very good, and it feels like the staff acts as if you’re asking them for favors anytime you need something. The service is just bad overall.
