First night of arrival sheets were stained ,room smelled of dampness. Ac unit is really loud. Housekeeping never had towels.

Our room AC was not working properly. Bathroom door lock was broke. Room floor was wet. As well as beds. Horrible experience. They changed the room . But that room Ac was not working well. They need to updates the room. Outside of the resort is beautifully decorated but what is the point if you are not live comfortably in the room. We booked with balcony room but after changing the room, we got the room without balcony. We requested to make the discount for the room but they told us they can't do that. Bad experience. I wont recommend anyone to come this resort unless they updates the rooms.

My bf was about to use the bath tub but as soon as he opens the tap, brown water came out. Also, it was so smelly in hallways of the hotel. When we asked for a refund, they didn’t bother and just said no.

The hotel is very nice. The room was good not many activities of things to do in the hotel during the day and then some of the activities you had to pay for them. The hotel did not provide a shuttle from to the airport.

Renovations were underway during our stay. Paint fumes filled the hallways every morning. The room we stayed in looked like a hasty DIY renovation, I brushed against the wall and paint chips stuck to my skin. The pool area was really rice and the ocean view was spectacular. The "concierge" is a salesperson trying to get you to sign up for a timeshare pitch. I felt safe at the hotel, we enjoyed the drinks and food at the pool. Staff was great, especially Vicente.

It's a smaller, more intimate property that still manages to provide all the things you need to feel like you're on a larger property. There's a supermarket and at least 2 other restaurants for food. There's a beach on property so you don't need to leave to access it. Great experience

Only complaint is there was nothing you could walk to for anything other than Westin restaurants on site. Kind of tied to their hotel for everything. Also, drink prices were high in my opinion
