The area was very convenient, close to both sides of the strip. We were short in body wash on the fourth and fifth day stay, no one replaced it, I'm glad I took some of my personal items. Pillows were a bit rough, covers are heavy and tucked in really well. Not much security on the second building, kinda scary when you have to park in the back to enter the fifth floor especially at night. I did not see cameras in that building or floor. I wanted to make sure we were safe since I was traveling with kids. Floors are pretty hot, no ac unless you are in your room. I did not see security patrolling the parking lot area in the back of the building only the one allowing you into the hotel. Other than that it was an ok stay.

Absolutely wonderful

Cleaning staff was very accommodating. All concierge were kind. They offered a timeshare presentation but was not pushy, allowing us to accept or decline the offer.

Stayed 1 night because it was close to airport and had an early 8am flight. It was good, clean, great shower pressure but if your looking for a nice beach this is not the place especially during the seaweed season.

Our room AC was not working properly. Bathroom door lock was broke. Room floor was wet. As well as beds. Horrible experience. They changed the room . But that room Ac was not working well. They need to updates the room. Outside of the resort is beautifully decorated but what is the point if you are not live comfortably in the room. We booked with balcony room but after changing the room, we got the room without balcony. We requested to make the discount for the room but they told us they can't do that. Bad experience. I wont recommend anyone to come this resort unless they updates the rooms.
