Everything was paid for but when I get to the Hotel they asked for $800 usd to “hold” for incase I wanted to used for room charges or anything but the hidden fees were the room tax which they take $72 usd a day from your hold money. That they never inform you about and oh also, the property doesn’t accept any cash/peso they only accept credit cards or the hold money “room charges”.
Extremely user unfriendly property. Lots of water leaks all over hotel from rain water. One very bossy rude concierge employee
The room furniture and condition felt a little dated but everything else made up for that. Excellent staff and service.

I think there were bed bugs because my husband has red marks on his legs and I had a couple myself! We were also in our room when someone knocked and said that they were going to fumigate for bugs!
It was in a good location for buses and possible to walk or Uber ride to most places in the city

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff and service, food, location, pools, my room with ocean view, the bathroom. I have no complaints at all! I will definitely stay here again.
