Mall enough to walk everywhere good service good food

I loved everything thing that it had to offer. The buffet food was bad and we had a toilet issue for legit 1 whole day. We were told maintenance was coming but never came. I had to go down to the lobby and had to have a stern talk with the employee. I thought it was sad it had come to this. We didnt have a toilet because it couldn't flush for a whole day.

The rooms smelled and were dirty. The place leaked and prolly had mold everywhere.

Lots of problem food the terrible hotel was in terrible conditions that hotel, not a 5 star maybe 2 star, roof leaking Everywhere, main lobby roof leaking Molding place ever, I spend 8000.00 in this vacation was not worth penny Well I want some refund for sure Our room A/C was not working for two day Before they could relocate us to another room, horrible experience, also we are down emotionally because we had terrible Christmas ever

Close to the ocean, the staff was very attentive. Don't get pulled into any presentations, 1.5hrs turned to 4 and we kept saying no thanks.

Es espectacular, ellos hacen todo lo posible para que siempre estes satisfecho por ejemplo si algo del menú no te gusta o eres alérgico o no te ofrecen un buen trato entonces hablan a sus superiores y ellos se encargan de que quedes satisfecho y Felíz en tu estadía. Nosotros estuvimos más de 10 días y no uvo uno solo en que nos trataran mal. Con esta HERMOSA manera nos despidieron. Gracias por toda su atención y su servicio. Manager de bebidas y comida: Jorge Se encargó que TODAS las personas estuviéramos satisfechas estuvo al pendiente de que todos nuestros objetivos estuvieran cumplidos y se aseguró en todo momento de que si no estabas satisfecho, hacía hasta lo que no para vernos felices, está al pendiente de TODOS sus huéspedes eh incluso nos toco ver en una ocasion de que cuida su bienestar cuando están muy tomados y poco conscientes de lo que hacen y eso no es parte de su sueldo! Increíble!!!

Nosotros Nos emos hospedado en varios hoteles al rededor del mundo Incluso en varios en Cancún y Nos encanto sobre todo el servicio y la atención de sus empleados!! Es espectacular, ellos hacen todo lo posible para que siempre estes satisfecho por ejemplo si algo del menú no te gusta o eres alérgico o no te ofrecen un buen trato entonces hablan a sus superiores y ellos se encargan de que quedes satisfecho y Felíz en tu estadía.
