Rooms are in bad condition!!plus the humidity smell made me and my daughter sick!!I would never go back!
Staff and service very good. Conditions in the rooms not a good, need maintenance and remodel.
Hotel is worn down which explains some of the things that went wrong during our stay. However, it does not have to equal to the hotel being extremely dirty and not well mantained. We got there on a Monday afternoon and after being wowed by the views it was clear that cleanliness was not taken seriously at the hotel. All drinks were pretty much watered down, which is expected at all-inclusive but having stayed at many all-incl.. we could tell they were really forcing it. There was no chairs in our rooms so we asked for one and they brought us two chairs with severe stains visible from a mile away. Tried to move us to a different room and that one was even worst… even hotel employees told us customers have been complaining a whole lot. We lasted the night because we were going to get charge for it as penalty but transferred to another hotel next morning… best thing we ever did in Cancun was getting out of this hotel.
Other than breakfast, food was pretty bad. There's no entertainment. Pools are nice and the beach was nice. Rooms are ok. Not really worth it in my opinion
Staff were superb except house keeping bcoz they do not understand english and had tough time. Food in Carnival was monotonous all three days need to improve.
Everyone was so nice and friendly also all the services was nice and quick
Starting with the positive: staff is fantastic, pool (while it needed updating) was nice and the views of the ocean were gorgeous, and the nightly dinners with a show were great. Now for the negative: the hotel is super dated/rundown and just needs a ton of work. The water to take a shower was not hot, our room had a terrible musty smell, and pretty sure I saw mold in our room and throughout the hotel. Food was standard for an all inclusive.
Location was good and staff was friendly. Vanity Mirror was gross, No wash towels, AC thermostat did not work, No curtain in bath tub for taking shower, Coffee pot plug was not working and no ironing board. But over all we enjoys
I would like to thank the entire staff for their attention and charisma In especially Eduardo, (Space restaurant waiter), Tito and Hector (Carnival restaurant) for the attention, affection and care that they had with my Husband and I during our vacation.
The view was spectacular If the hotel had more thingsto do within itself, would have been better.
Clean, friendly staff, close to beach and family friendly.

Excellent bar staff leonardo,candelario, Jorge , raymundo, Oscar,Russell, and valet parking juan and Gaston !! I will definitely come back having people like them that make you feel so comfortable!! Made me and my wife feel like home !!! Unique staff very kind people !!
Very disappointed. Room and furniture were old, outdated. Water dripping from the ceiling, bathtub and sink were clogged. Booked for 7 nights but only stayed for 1 night.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are out dated, I had to chance rooms as soon as we arrived because of a leak. The ocean water compared to other hotels and resorts is not as clean.
