The hotel was ok. The food wasn't that great and the drinks were cheap and watered down. For the price we paid for the stay was worth it but I expected more from this hotel.

Terrible! As being first timers to visit Cancun. We expected to have been greeted with a more friendly and caring attitude. The Doorman were very helpful and did greet us with a nice hello. But the women behind the reception desk were very inconsiderate. But we didn't want it to ruin our day. As we got to our room. The View was spectacular. But 15 minutes in getting comfortable, I walked into the bathroom And slipped from a puddle of water that was leaking from the light over the sink. We had already unpacked and it got my toiletries all wet. We immediately called the front desk... I did record it as the maintenance guy told us we had to gather our belongings and go to the front desk again. They DID NOT APOLOGIZE they were very inconsiderate and bothered as if it was our fault which clearly was Not.... As we got into our second room. It was NOT the same ocean view as we have requested. So they had us wait 2 hours to give us another room. After we settled in we were still expecting some kind of apology or at least even a smile to enjoy our stay.... The next morning I had to call house keeping because the pillow and bed smelled like urine. While on the beach we noticed we had little rashes throughout our legs as if we were bit by something. We went to a local doctor And they said it could be caused by bedbugs! We went to a weds on Thursday and didn't return back to the room till Saturday evening. Sunday morning we were packing and noticed little bugs coming in from outside!

Wonderful, relaxing experience in a room with a spectacular view of the Ocean.

It was a nice hotel, we got upgraded to a penthouse suite but the lobby does not have AC & you cannot have visitors..unless they have a daypass! Only downsides!!

The only thing bothered me is elevator only one was working the other one was broken so it takes very long time to get to our room

They provided spoiled fruit, limited pool use, staff attitude was worst. My price was higher than my group. It was no good experience.

En general, me gustó mucho la estadía en el hotel. Creo que es una excelente opción para quienes no tengan un presupuesto tan grande para irse a los de 5 estrellas que valen el doble. La habitación tenía una linda vista y era muy cómoda. La playa es espectacular, aunque no hay muchos quitasoles por lo que es difícil pasarse muchas horas allí. No usamos las piscinas, pero se veían muy bonitas. Con respecto a la comida, habían cosas buenas y malas. Las opciones son un poco limitadas: un buffet, un restaurante a la carta, y 3 opciones de restaurantes donde hay que hacer reserva (y que, pese a ser abril, no fue fácil). El buffet estaba bien, pero nada deslumbrante. El restaurante a la carta era muy rico, pero lentísimo. Sobre los con reserva, el de comida mexicana estaba bien, pero nada extraordinario. El restaurante italizano (Rissoto), era exquisito y fue por lejos la mejor comida. Por último, tengo la sospecha de que los licores estaban medios aguados. Lo que por supuesto no me gustó. Pese a los detalles, fue en general una muy buena estadía.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing. I felt safe and comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable for my taste but other than that no regrets staying in there.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. The outside facilities are beautifull. Our room was just okay. Bathroom needs work. Tub and shower stall need maintenance and chairs on balcony need repair. Other than that, experience was great. Would stay again.

Requested a King Bed but none available wife and I had to sleep in separate beds very disappointing because this trip was a special occasion for my wife birthday and our Wedding Anniversary, Room #615 has a great view of the Beach, All the Staff were Friendly and provided awesome Customer Service when we walk past them. Maintenance was working in room above all hours of the night for 3 days could hear them banging and dropping things on the floor through out the middle of the night which kept waking us up. In the bathroom you could hear dripping water above the ceiling and the Tub drained very slow so when taking a shower you were standing in a couple inches of water we contacted the Front desk but nobody came to investigate or check it. Telephone on the night stand didn't work it would ring but couldn't answer it. The Grille Restaurant was nice and the Server Edwin was excellent he was very attentive to our needs and gave great recommendations.

Stayed four days and the hotel had great food and entertainment. One night the hotel had a four piece orchestra that played beautifully it was so delightful. Staff was always friendly.

The Krystal Grand was a perfectly fine place to stay. This was my first trip to Cancun, so unfortunately I do not have any reference for comparison. I liked that the hotel was close to the beach and that there were free umbrellas and chairs for us to use. Our room was very basic, but this wasn't important to us since we spent most of our time on the beach or doing other activities. The hotel is very close to the popular party spots and clubs (which is very convenient if this is something you want to do during your trip) so it is a bit noisy, but I didn't think it was that bad and it didn't bother us.

Overall it’s ok not what I expected madure you don’t bring cash to pay for amenities All the take is debit or credit card I think that’s how they stiff you

Like we died and went to heaven. Lovely beach, hotel and staff. Hope to make this an annual experience.

Krystal Punta Cancun has great potential but they’re were a few mishaps. The Bad: Our shower curtain had mold, a chair on the balcony was broken, and the hostesses for the inclusive breakfast weren’t the best. The Good: The rest of the staff were very nice, the room was decent, and the hotel scenery and location was great!

booked 2 rooms and stay 3 nights. Both rooms faces 6 giant vent blowers. Can't leave window open without hearing the noise like jet engines running nearby. Left 60 pesos for tip in 2nd day stay but when back, saw 60 pesos were untouched, but room was not cleaned, no fresh towel provided. Asked front desk for fresh towel but never received any. How much tips need to clean the room and get fresh towel?. Not a good experience.

The MOLD in the air conditioning here was so unhealthy that we just turned it off and kept the balcony door open. The problem with that is that hotel machinery outside is very loud not just from our hotel but several surrounding ours. I was attending a conference at another hotel and there was a mold problem there as well. The incessant bass beat coming down the beach from every tune played at the Hard Rock was very annoying and I am sure at a volume that causes permanent ear damage at that location.

It was a nice hotel, we got upgraded to a penthouse suite but the lobby does not have AC & you cannot have visitors..unless they have a daypass! Only downsides!!
