We stayed in the 8th floor, excellent view. Ask for Hervik when you're in the beach, he will make your stay they best. The only cons were the musty smell in the room and that there was no ac in the hotel lobby.

We've stayed here before. It's an excellent hotel. Friendly staff and it's got everything you could want, including a brand new pool in addition to two other pools. It's within walking distance of great shopping and dining. Beach is groomed and clutter free

The amenities at this property are amazing. The beach, pools, outdoor space are amazing. The ocean is so clear and blue, honestly amazing. We did not have an all inclusive plan, however food and drinks were very reasonable. On our last morning we shared a romantic couples massage at the spa. This was an awesome experience The professional staff was expertly trained. The location is also very convenient, just s short walk to all of the popular night life. Coco Bongo, City Congo etc. I would def recommend this location!

Walking distance to clubs, oxxos, Mercadito, will not regret it

Nice hotel with an attentive and friendly staff. A couple downsides are that the main lobby and hallway areas were hot/muggy and the mattresses were too firm. I would also like to mention the hotel identification wristbands. It somehow came off in my acquaintance's sleep, so it was placed on the nightstand. Housekeeping came in later while we were away and collected it. To get a replacement costs 50USD!!! They failed to provide this information at check in, so we refused to pay. So, please hold on tight to your wristband to avoid an extra cost such as this.

Loved the fact that you walk out the hotel right onto the beach. Hotel next to all the nightlife area in Cancun.

Beautiful beach front location. Infinity pool, facing the ocean. Our room was cleaned daily and housekeeping did a wonderful job. Extremely slow service on the beach. All inclusive food is terrible, stale and barely edible.

This hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Great location. The beach is beautiful, out back of hotel. Drinks & food service on the beach. Tiki hits & lounge chairs free of charge! Pools are clean & refreshing. The rooms are average. I recommend ocean view with balcony. Room service was great. The only problem I had was communicating with them. It was hard to find someone who could speak fairly good English.

Nice hotel, very good fitness center and equipment, friendly staff. The only drawback for me was that the hotel itself isn't air conditioned but once you got into the elevator or your room, it was. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 rating

My group of friends and I stayed here 5 days and 4 nights all inclusive and I have to say we loved it! Being my first time in Cancun this hotel really made sure we had a great experience. The food was delish, the service was amazing and friendly and the view was to die for! I will definetly be returning to Cancun and would not think to stay any where else.

Poor hotel layout, hard to get to where you are going. some maintenance issues like a crappy shower head that was not adjustable and sprayed sideways. Lack of follow up by the hotel staff, for example asked multiple times, multiple staff members for a bottle opener for our room. Imagine someone wanting to have a bottle of beer in Cancun? Never did get an opener and multiple trips to the front desk, bar etc. Programmable thermostat in the room was hard to figure out and failed a few times leaving us sweating on top of the bed covers at night...this hotel is generally a nice property and should be a 4 star but I give it 3.5

Most of our stay was nice, the room was average for a hotel in the area, the staff was accomodating. we had rain for two days in our stay that leaked in through ceilings, shut down power, phones, and elevators. there was no apology or compensation for individuals who were seriously inconvenienced by elevators shut down for hours we were on the 14th floor and the elevators were shut down around diner time and I couldn't see forcing my 3 and 8 year old children to walk up 14 flights of stairs in a stairwell with no AC. The phones were also down which meant we couldn't even call to inquire about the problem or get assistance if it was needed.

Was my first Cancun trip, I enjoyed everything but my stay at Krystal Grand. First night checking in: The power was out so it was humid in the lobby. The receptionist was not apologetic about it. The elevator didn't work. We got to our room and it smelt weird. Even with the power back on our AC was broken. They had no room for us to switch so we had to stay in that room. The linen were are damped and had a weird smell to it. When we mentioned it to the front desk, she said we're the only one that complained. Yet she still didn't offer to do anything about it. My friend's wristband slipped off while swimming and they wanted to charge her $50 usd for a replacement! Without the wristband, we don't have access to the hotel amenities. We saw a lot of people on Krystal's side of the beach without the band so I don't see the big deal of their wristband policy! Their food are expensive, not much variety and not good at all. We find ourselves walking off about 15-20 minutes down the street for good food every night. So location was not on point either. I'd rather pay more and stay next door at Hotel Ziva where it's all inclusive and so much more beautiful. We walked along the beach to check Hotel Ziva out and fell in love already with just the little peek that we saw. It was a shame coming back to our hotel every evening. It was not cheap either. I felt cheated.

Good location, far enough from the central area to have some peace but close enough to walk there in 5 mins.

Excellent for the price. I liked the size of resort that it's not enormous. The only negative was construction next door going on from 6am-8pm & 2 pools closed. There is a Starbucks on site but ironically doesn't serve coffee which was a bummer.

We've stayed here before. It's an excellent hotel. Friendly staff and it's got everything you could want, including a brand new pool in addition to two other pools. It's within walking distance of great shopping and dining. Beach is groomed and clutter free
