The staff were amazing! They are what hospitality is all about. They were friendly, quick and efficient. If I can tip them more, I would. What I love: Staff, Pools, Bed, View from our room, the variety of food(Asian,French,Italian,Mediterranean,Mexican,etc) What I didn’t like: The beach or lack of and the seaweeds. The location- hotel is so secluded that it is so hard to go anywhere else. The resort even though it is new, lacks proper maintenance.
Our family vacation was awesome. Facilities were clean, good food and entertainment. Only thing lacking was a good beach.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. My boyfriend and I spend 5 days here celebrating our anniversary and the service received was impeccable. Staff were always so nice and ready to help. The room was breathtaking and the food was delicious. Customer service truly was top tier
The service was outstanding. There could be more engaging nighttime activities for adults. The pool tables and inside sports bar had lack of access. The restaurants were great. The beach was private, nice & quiet! Could have more food variety at the buffet and poolside and beachfront restaurants. Overall, great quality and great value for a nice getaway.
We just returned from a 6 day stay at this resort. Truly fantastic stay. The staff, food, service, Shows, pools, were all great. The only thing that was bad was the beach, alot of seaweed but it is hurricane season so not much they can do about it. Overrall loved this resort. Very family like, it is not for the single party people. Everything shuts down at 11pm but we didn’t mind since we were with our 2 year old. Unfortunately the kids club is for kids 4 and up, but it looked very nice for the older kids. The pool slides were also great and some were Slow enough to go down with my 2 year Old. Highly recommend the hyatt ziva Riviera cancun. We will definitely return.
It was our first time staying at an all inclusive resort. We expected more. The building & rooms were deteriorating. The beer was always warm. The restaurants were not all open daily nor at the same time. The staff was great & our room would get cleaned/organized twice a day! The good thing we rented a vehicle. We got out of the resort to go site seeing. There the drinks were nice and cold. Not sure if I would recommend this resort to friends & family.

Loved this resort! The food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and clean. Can’t say enough good things!
The resort was overall good! A lot of activities planned that both kids and adult could enjoy! Food was mediocre not bad but not great! A little pinch of salt can go a long way! The resort staff were amazingly nice, only staff that gave me a bad vibe and was not nice was the concierge Billie and you would think the best service came from concierge their job there is to please! She wasn’t very pleasing and seemed from dismissive when seeking help! However once again EVERYONE else amazing! Probably the best customer service I received at a resort! Oh and Drinks are so weak, might as well just drink juice! Wine ended up being my go to! Everyone around me complained about the drinks!
