I really loved the bar inside the main lobby

Loved this resort! The food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and clean. Can’t say enough good things!

The resort was overall good! A lot of activities planned that both kids and adult could enjoy! Food was mediocre not bad but not great! A little pinch of salt can go a long way! The resort staff were amazingly nice, only staff that gave me a bad vibe and was not nice was the concierge Billie and you would think the best service came from concierge their job there is to please! She wasn’t very pleasing and seemed from dismissive when seeking help! However once again EVERYONE else amazing! Probably the best customer service I received at a resort! Oh and Drinks are so weak, might as well just drink juice! Wine ended up being my go to! Everyone around me complained about the drinks!

Great newly renovated and very clean there are alot of pools i believe 7 in total. Concierge was great and helped us plan a few excursions. This hotel however is not Vegeterian friendly and they do not keep their restaurants open all the time, which made it even more difficult to eat there as the very few veggie friendly places they did have were not open all the time. Everything pretty much shuts down by 12-1 am so if you are coming in from a late excursion you better eat fast and eat soon. In future I hope they do a better job of addressing that as well as adding a more vegetarian friendly restaurant. Drinks were okay. Loved the coffee and pastry restaurant. Shows were also great at this property. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I also wish that they had a better cancellation policy as I ended up paying for the rooms for days that I was not able to stay for.

This was a wonderful vacation! One of the most peaceful and relaxing ones we’ve ever had.
