I had the absolute best trip in Mexico Cancun the Hilton was the best accommodation they had amazing food which is hard to come by at most all inclusives my favourite was the breakfast restaurant on the 6th floor where Alex the server I requested everyday because he made our breakfast feel special everytime I appreciate the staff at all the restaurants as they were all kind and I never felt unhappy. There is a lot of other names I’d mention but unfortunately I can’t write that much but everyone from the pool side service staff to the buffet to the entertainment was amazing only thing I think you guys should add is a club for people to have fun at night

Food is not good . When asked at front desk about the restaurant reservations needed or not? They said no need to to reserve, it’s first come first serve basis but when I went to Asian restaurant, I couldn’t able to sit on hibachi section because apparently there was a pre reservation required. Same happened with steak restaurant, I had to order rack of lamb and had to pay for it separately to get sit in that restaurant. People waited 2 hours and left without eating. Bella buffet restaurants food is horrible, no taste at all like you are eating in any cheap buffet in USA , only breakfast at Bella is good . In the name of daily night entertainment, there are no shows to watch, all they were doing is dancing. I have been to many resorts and cruise lines but this was the worst experience I have in terms of food and entertainment

The only good thing is the room is clean. But the resort staff isn’t professional at all. Hard to communicate and understaffed. It’s a struggle to get a dining table. At th check in desk, I specifically asked if we should reserve restaurant for dinner. The staff said no and FCFS. So we went and was told 2 hour wait. We then been told you can reserve same day at the food and drink counsiege but they work 9-5. However people literally line up at 8:30 to reserve same day restaurant and you can only reserve habachi. The other restaurants you have to wait for them open at 5:30. The food in all the restaurants are worse than other all inclusive resorts we stayed before. Hard to imagine this is a five star resort. Worst thing is on Christmas they had Santa for picture and passing out presents. We saw a long line so asked the staff when will Santa event end. They told us 2:30 pm. So we went to have lunch and came back at 1:00 but Santa already left. The kids were very disappointed. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone

Large room. Very clean (thanks to Erika, who took care of cleaning our room), huge bathroom. Very comfortable beds and a very useful little kitchenette for heating and eating. Great choice of restaurants with a very varied international buffet. Clean and well-maintained beach. We love the heated pools. Excellent bar service at the umbrellas and pool.

We stayed at the Hilton resort from 12/17-12/22 for a wedding. This was not our first time in Cancun, we have stayed at multiple resorts but this was the most disappointing stay. The food was absolute trash. We ate at the buffet most of our time there because you had to go and wait on line to make a dinner reservation by the lobby, they would not take reservations over the phone. We had one dinner at the steak house for the rehearsal dinner and the food was terrible too, the steaks were full of fat and either undercooked or overcooked. We sat at the patio which was super hot and muggy, we asked to have the fans turned on and they said they were broken only one of them was in working condition. The rooms felt musty, our passports were curled up by our last day. When we booked it didnt state that the resort had gone non smoking, they had one spot for the smokers that was all the way to the front of the resort that had a 4*6 gazebo, 1 chair and a bench in the parking lot. Completely unacceptable for the patrons. The only bright spots were the beach which was gorgeous and the waiters! Not to mention that one of the wedding guests left a gift to my brother in law and his wife with the concierge and it went missing, the hotels staff lied about it and would refuse to let the couple see footage of whomever they "gave the gift to". Again we have been at plenty of resorts, we expected top notch with the amount of money Hilton charges and we got the worst experience ever. Go somewhere

Great service! Wait staff by the pool and in the restaurants were amazing! The group of guys who had various games at the pool made it fun for the family. Loved the options for food. Clean rooms and public spaces.
