This property is absolutely beautiful. From the moments that you walk in the staff make you feel you are at home. The service amazing. The activities both morning and evening need improvements, especially for folks with kids or teenagers. The food seemed redundant and not much of variety, but overall decent. I would recommend this property to freinds and family.

A lot of PROS, but the CONS were very bad. 1) We were in building 4 in a swim up room and there was little privacy and several entertainment functions happened right outside our room (very loud). One night, none of the restaurants had any availability for 3 people between 5PM-7:30PM, not sure how a family-friendly resort operates like that. There was also no buffet style dinner in lieu of a sit-down meal. There is absolutely zero room decor, it feels like a hospital. We had trouble with our departing transportation and the concierge was not helpful in assisting us.

The property was very pretty and well taken care of. The staff was always very friendly and very helpful. They also have a lot of amenities that I haven't seen in other resorts, like a basketball court and soccer field (that is not located on the beach/sand). A tennis court, and ping pong court also located right next to the soccer/basketball court with very nice protective faux grass on the ground. The area has fun water rides and other activities for the kids. The food was also one of the best in resorts I've visited. My biggest issue was the dinner. They offer buffet service for breakfast and lunch but not for dinner. For dinner they offer restaurant service, however, every restaurant we tried which was all except Mexican had at least a 45 min wait to be seated, then an even longer wait to get your order in, and then more wait to get your food. So, it would usually take up to 2 hours from arriving at the restaurant to get dinner. They should have a buffet option for dinner so that people with kids or older folks have the option to do a buffet and not have to wait that long for dinner. Maybe do away with the lunch buffet if that helps balance things out. The other minor issue I had it is, it was very difficult to find your way around the property. The signs leading you around are not very clear and sometimes they don't display the signs all the way through to the location. Even finding the beach was like going through a maze with no sign all the way thru

I did not like that there wasn`t any entertainment at the adult pool. Other resorts have a live entertainer with music and fun. A lot of others do water arobics every morning. All that is available is swim or hang in the water or go eat. There is really nothing entertaining going on during the day.

I booked a room with a double bed and was given a king size bed with a pullout sofa, when I asked to change rooms was given the run around saying I was never guaranteed a double bed room. Finally was given a room with a double bed on my 3rd day there. Staff was not very accommodating and friendly. Staff at buffet took forever to tend to you as well. I was also not impressed with the bathrooms in the room, they have no privacy and if you are traveling with teenagers or young adults it makes it hard for showers. Bathrooms have no doors and showers have glass doors. For the price I was not impressed will not be returning
