The rooms are not secure. Everyone has the same entry code to their room, which includes the room number, the only difference is that you change the room number, which is, of course, posted at your door. Any current or past guest and anyone working there can enter your room at any time. Do not leave valuables! Someone tried to enter my room one night but I, feeling unsafe, kept a chair and water bottles in front of the door. Luckily they fled after feeling the resistance on the door. The rooms with a golf course view also have a dog pen view. The golf course keeps about 5 dogs in a small fenced in area right next to the apartments. The dogs howl, yip, and yap all day and all night. There are two AC units with only 1 remote. The units don't often respond correctly and it is very difficult to keep a constant and comfortable temperature in the unit. The AC units completely stopped working one night and the apartment got very hot after that. The kitchen is incomplete and you are only provided with 3 very small plates and very small bowls. No cutting board. To prepare a meal you will need too use every single dish available. The couch was dirty and had food wrappers in the cushions. Only one very thin blanket is provided. Other than the dirty couch, the apartment was very clean. Also the staff were very friendly.

Keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, there will be dogs barking in the golf course area at all times. This being a nuisance especially during the night when you attempt to recharge. I brought this up to management and was advised to add this comment to "gather complaints" and have the dogs relocated, perhaps. I was told the golf course is external, seperate from the accommodation; however, advertised as part of "Ehden" in the lobby. They did try to get me to another room, which I pressure tested before relocating and the issue remained. Again, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful sleep, this is not the place until they address the placement of the dogs.

The suite is in a very clean condition and we liked the location a lot. Also there is free gated parking on the property. On the downside there was no hot water for most of the stay. Other little things like the electronic door lock not working because of low battery (fixed I 2 days) and the air conditioning dripping (fixed in 1 day.) Staff is very responsive and fixed or try to fix everything as quickly as possible. One thing I found strange is that if you are staying longer your room is serviced only once a week even though you pay the same nightly price as someone who only stays 1 night. Again the friendly staff cleaned the room once upon request. Overall I would stay there again.

Property wouldn't allow any visitors, even though they were only helping us with luggage. They forced an upgrade of another $2,000+ pesos. The key pad didn't work, first it was allegedly low on batteries, then it wouldn't lock. It was eventually fixed. The walked all the way inside snooping around when changing the batteries. Last but not least, the pool area was extremely slippery (no caution sign anywhere), I slipped and cut my elbow and got my head. Would never return and would not recommend to anyone...

It was in a nice area with a lot of good shopping within quick walking distance. We rented two apartments that were two bedroom condos with two bathrooms. Probably could have just done one of them since we spent all of our time in One room. The fitness area had one treadmill that was not working properly. There were some free weights available to be used as well and in a lot of physical machine. The pool was warm and not very deep. They have two bicycles that are complementary but have no brakes therefore are not safe to use.
