Everything was perfect and delightful at the resort clean bar organize food was amazing in all restaurants as always Mexican people working at the resort where so welcoming, helpful and super nice. The staff was always friendly. The food Sucks at everyone restaurants, only decent food we had was the pizza from Portofino. The bars other than lobby bar and night club close @6-630 and the pools close @ 7 even though the signs show 8. Honestly should’ve paid the extra money for something nicer. Don’t waste your time here.

The only negative about the resort I have was the food. While they had options unfortunately the food was always cold at the buffet like warm at best either the exception of made to order items. The beach was just okay as it was seaweed season so it wasn’t much to look at. I want to give a major shout out to my waiter on the preferred beach side who without me asking brought the staff out to sing my daughter happy birthday!! The preferred club staff always greeted you by name every time you walked in and the bartenders made great drinks that never ended.

The property is very family- and kid-friendly. The staff at the Explorer’s Club for children were outstanding—they even managed to win over one of my three-year-olds, who typically doesn’t feel comfortable staying with anyone. All three of my kids (a five-year-old and three-year-old twins) had a great time every time they visited. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were average, with the exception of the top-shelf liquor available in the VIP lounge, which were excellent. Unfortunately, the customer service in several of the restaurants and bars left much to be desired. On multiple occasions, servers and bartenders made us feel as though our requests were an inconvenience. While I normally chalk this up to someone having an off day, this behavior occurred too frequently to ignore. Given the cost of the stay, I expected a higher standard of service. While the experience wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t enough to warrant a return visit.

It's a smaller resort, nice sandy beach however the water is brown due to the algae problem. The buffet does not offer a huge variety of food. The best restaurant is the Ocean Rstaurant, offering very fresh seafood. Service is excellent.

The staff were great and very attentive. The buffet was typical of an all inclusive and Portofino, the Italian restaurant, was delicious. There were plenty of food options. There was a lot of kelp on the beach so we didn’t get in the water but it was still very relaxing to lay in the beach loungers listening to the waves. Overall it was a fantastic time and we would stay at this property again.

Todo estuvo muy lindo … pero mi hija de 15 años tuvo un accidente en la piscina del cuarto plunge pool . En la piscina había un vidrio y se cortó su brazo se llamó a emergencias y la persona de muy mala actitud lo peor de lo peor … y los jugos de los restaurantes super mal sabor … el hotel es bonito. Y la gente del restaurante muy buenas personas . Mi único inconveniente fue lo q pasó en piscina del cuarto téngan cuidado …

We had a fantastic time at the resort. Food was excellent with all the staff was outstanding. The tropical view fell a little off. We had a beach maintenance 30yd dumpster outside the sliding door & patio with another resort building all in the views. The elevator was not working. Other than that i will be returning for another stay.

The staff was amazing and super helpful, the property was clean and beautiful. Drinks were great. Our only complaints would be the vegetarian options available (and the food in general was definitely catered to kids and didn’t have much flavor). There were very limited options for vegetarians, especially protein wise. The food concierge was wonderful and did her best to help but there’s only so much she can do with the options available. General noise was an issue as well. We could hear our neighbors tv at all hours and even if they just dropped something it was very clear through the door. It made being comfortable a bit more difficult, especially knowing they could hear any amount of noise we made too.

I had a great time at this resort. The only drawback is the inconsistency. I was preferred club and the turn down didn’t happen every night. We had to ask several times for various amenities. Also, there’s a lot of sales pushed on you the whole time. Expensive upgrades constantly. However, the service staff make up for it all. These staff members are amazing.

The hotel is very family friendly. The pool with the bar needs to be updated. I really didn't like that the noises in the rooms are so clear in the morning. Like the rooms would get cleaned like at 7 am and would wake me up. Some people would leave the trays in the hallways after room service and the raccoons would make a lot of noise. I also suggest they should have more taco days by the pool. And more authentic Mexican food. I had a group of 37 people and we had some issues at the beginning of the trip, but the manager spoke to me and tried to accommodate us as best as possible. There are some really nice employees, like Cisneros was amazing, Emanuel was also great, and Jaime Gonzalez great. Most bartenders were very good, but some of the host at the restaurants not so great. Overall, we had a great time.

Excellent Choice on Riviera Maya

Excellent all-inclusive resort on Riviera Maya. Short ride from CUN airport to fully gated resort. We were upgraded to "club level" as a perk. Large but not gigantic, well maintained with three large pools (children, mixed, and adult). Private beach suffers a little from kelp but pools make up for it. Very friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of food and drink. Breakfast was primarily via buffet, dinner at choice of small-ish al la carte restaurants. Definitely more relaxing than big resorts in Cancun Hotel Zone.

Well main complaint was lack of elevators on our wing close to beachfront. They had covered access to elevator with fake greenery plants and they put us on fifth floor. We’re older and can’t handle five levels of stairs. The next day they moved us to another oceanfront building and same thing covered up elevators but we were on second floor which we could manage. Food was average to not so good. I didn’t find staff real friendly. But the infinity pool was lovely and the drinks were good. We still had a pretty nice time. Lots of weddings going in with fireworks around 11pm. Probably wouldn’t go again.
