Everything was great. The food was delicious and there were no reservations needed for most restaurants. Areas of improvement should be to promote for men to pack a pair of pants to dine inside and at some restaurants as well as do a better job treating the grass for mosquitoes.
My son and I went on a father/son trip for his Fall Break, he is 8yrs old. I highly recommend this resort for families, couple's and solo travel. The resort was immaculate you will not be disappointed. The resort had 24hr Ice Cream at Dolce. The restaurants were never crowded, great drinks poolside. If you’re looking to go into Cancun proper, it will take you 45 minutes. The resort is not to be missed. You won’t be disappointed.
This is our second time here and we love it everytime. Everyone is so accommodating. You can tell they’re extremely hard workers and take their jobs very serious. Whatever I needed they were always serious about getting what I needed

We had an excellent stay but my twin 10 year old boys was not too happy with the Core Zone hours for teens and pre teens. I would consider them borderline teens and they could not use the Core Zone area for most of our 5 day stay. Also a lot of restrictions on restaurant dress code for dinner.

We had a 2 bedroom villa for our family of 5 and enjoyed our stay. The best part was a hot tub on a patio. Good service, room service, housekeeping all good. The only minus that some restaurants were closed and food was not the best at all restaurants. The best one was Fusion and tres Colores.
Great place to getaway with excellent service ! Staff did a great job at cleaning EVERYTHING. Masks are highly recommended everywhere . Resort is so big you can choose to isolate yourself from those in groups . The resort is now offering the COViD test which works great for the new upcoming guidelines. Dreams resort allows you to visit Secrets hotel next door and vice versa so you pretty much get a 2 for 1. Highly recommend this resort in Playa Mujeres .
Overall enjoyed my stay. Resort is worth the price. Bad side they stole $100 from my girlfriends purse she left in the room when we were away.
The service was great! Everyone went out of their way to help with whatever we needed! We loved everything about the resort excite fact that you have to wear pants to eat inside any dinner restaurant
Everyone we encountered was so gracious, kind, and efficient. They make you feel very welcome and special.
I liked the kids club and pool entertainment. The beach was nice and the staff tries but not consistent. The food was average at best and the rooms were so incredibly noisy all hours of the night with loud stomping and carts being rolled in the hallway by the cleaners very early in the morning.
The pools and grounds are beautiful and beautifully kept. Rooms are large and beds are comfy. Our view in the Preferred Club Ocean View Jr suite was amazing. Pool Service staff were amazing, Karen, Mercedes, Francisco, Roger and Jazmine took great care of us as well as the pool concierges. Beach is beautiful as well. Restaurants could use more servers but food was good, we never had a problem getting a table and we had a group of 17. I highly recommend this resort
The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very friendly! The only thing I didn't like was that they try to sell you in buying into a timeshare when you get there. I just told them no, but they can be a bit persistent.
I wanted to leave a review and hopefully this will help other families such as me that was looking at other reviews before booking this trip. First I would like to say that the actual resort is beautiful but it’s lacking much improvement.
It was paradise. I love this place and I’m most definitely coming back.
Very family friendly. Great food, amazing staff. Bring your own straws for the kids drinks because they have no straws on the resort.
