The staff was very friendly and helpful! However, the hotel is quite dated. The floors had what looked like a huge water stain near the bathroom and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The bed was very comfortable (I love a soft bed). The property was quiet and it’s in a nice spot right in the creek.

Sandman Signature was always one of the top picks in the City. Location is very good, being downtown and close to the park. Unfortunately, the hotel is need of a major renovation. Rooms are starting to get run down and the beds are terrible. Until a reno happens, I will likely choose to stay elsewhere.
