Bom Hotel, localização mediana

Hotel bom. Nenhum tipo de luxo ou algo excepcional. Atendimento competente e atencioso. O ponto negativo é a localização, mas é o único. Não creio que haja opções muito melhores em Americana, portanto é uma boa opção na região.

Não gostei. Reservei com antecedencia um quarto com cama de casal e fui informado, na hora do check in que, como a lotação do hotel, os quartos com esta condição estavam esgotados. Eu Não voltaria a me hospedar ali.

Foi uma boa estadia, quarto amplo, limpo e confortável, atendimento muito bom, não tivemos problemas, somente o café da manhã que apesar da variedade, haviam muitas moscas sobre os alimentos o que logicamente não agradou.

Fui para um casamento e fui super bem atendida, quando solicitei informações sobre a cidade me imprimiram mapas e me deram total direcionamento. A única critica e que a camareira nao tocou antes de entrar no quarto de manhã e provavelmente com vergonha saiu e largou a porta aberta. De resto tudo perfeito!

Único Problema foi a Piscina

No Geral o hotel tem: Os quartos espaçosos e limpos. Bom atendimento. Boa localização. Ótimo café da manhã Reclamação: Quando optamos por este hotel um dos fatores principais era que ele oferecia piscina, como estávamos indo para um casamento na cidade na companhia de 6 casais, a piscina seria um lugar para ser usufruído em conjunto antes da festa de casamento, porém ao irmos na área da piscina percebemos que o uso dela não seria possível pois a mesma não estava limpa e havia até um pássaro morto dentro dela. Espero que tenha sido um evento pontual, mas quando o hotel que anuncia que possui piscina deve deixa-la em condições para que os hospedes usufruam dela.

Hotel muito bom. Piscina inutilizável

Hotel muito bom, de modo geral. Hospedagem com a família foi satisfatória. O serviço foi excelente, fomos muito bem tratados. Entretanto, as condições do hotel estavam de razoáveis para ruim, uma vez que alguns quartos tiveram portas tiradas e não repostas, e, principalmente, a piscina apresentou péssima manutenção, impossibilitando seu uso. Ficamos apenas um final de semana, mas pretendíamos utilizar a piscina, o que foi frustado, já que a área dela estava suja, bem como a água. Aparentemente, a piscina não é tratada há algum tempo, a julgar pela existência de um pássaro morto em sua superfície.
