No check in a atendente ainda nao tinha ciência do pagamento, através do hotel.com. A piscina so atende ate as 19h. E uma pequena sala de jogos so ate as 22 h. Entao, os horários, sobretudo da piscina, poderia ir um pouco mais alem. No mais, tudo bem.

O hotel é bom, já nos hospedamos 3 vezes, o quarto é simples, mas confortável, com cama boa e chuveiro bom, com bastante agua e temperatura boa. Ficakos no apto da área Tulioa com ar condicionado. A área da piscina é boa d a piscina tb. O bar da piscina tem porções gostosas e opções de bebidas, mas poderia ficar aberto mais tempo.

Deixou muito a desejar

A recepção foi razoável...atendende nos tratou bem, nada que empolgasse,localização muito boa....estaciomento amplo... piscina boa ...quartos super antigos....camas horriveis,colchão manchado. Pelo valor da diária o quarto merecia pelo menos ar condicionado,guarda roupas sem portas,não tinha um copo ou talher sequer...nao tinha um interfone para falar com a recepção.... Enfim,a estrutura fisica do hotel é boa....mas precisa de uma reforma geral... Parte externa ok....mas os quartos sao bem fracos.

Ótimo custo-benefício, conforto e atendimento

O hotel tem um ótimo custo-benefício. Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nele. O quarto é grande e confortável, pagamos uma taxa extra pelo ar condicionado, meu marido tem muito calor, e valeu a pena, ar bom e silencioso. Não usamos a piscina mas o bar da piscina é bem legal, com porções gostosas e bebida gelada. O wi-fi funcionou no meu celular muito bem mas não no note do meu marido. O café da manhã é sortido e gostoso. E nesses tempos de pandemia estão tomando os cuidados devidos. E o pessoal é muito atencioso. Recomendamos e voltaremos.
