The hotel has a good location, as it is in the central area. However, the towels had a very unpleasant smell that made me feel nauseous. The breakfast is simply terrible — I have honestly never had anything so bad. On the second and third days, we had to eat at a bakery instead. The scrambled eggs were dry and had a greenish color. Overall, the hotel feels neglected, almost abandoned. The rooms are old, and it clearly seems that there is little to no concern for quality.

O CafĂ© da manhĂŁ era muito bom, porĂ©m apĂłs as 9h00 era somente o que restou. O quarto bem antigo e com ar de sujo, a limpeza tivemos que tirar o lixo, ao descer para peguntar na recepção onde podĂ­amos jogar a pessoa ficou brava e tirou os lixos das nossas mĂŁos. Nas fotos sĂŁo tudo uma maravilha, maaas piscina pequena e rasa . O corredor dos quartos eram escuros e as lampadas demoravam para ascender quando nĂŁo estavam queimadas. A Ășnica coisa que gostei muuuito foi a cordialidade da recepcionista que nos atendeu qdo chegamos. Uma pessoa que tem empatia para com os outros, sem palavras maravilhosa! Precisamos de toalhas o manobrista coitado foi nos levar, sem palavras tbm, super educado. Agora o restante ficou a desejar.

Comodidades, conseguimos fazer check-in por volta das 21h00 pois segundo a recepção tiveram um problema hidrĂĄulico e elĂ©trico onde a bomba d’água nĂŁo deixava os chuveiros funcionar. Entendo que ninguĂ©m tem culpa, mas manutençÔes preventivas devem ser realizadas para que isso nĂŁo ocorra. A equipe foi super atenciosa e tentou de todas as maneiras nos deixar confortĂĄveis na recepção, mas quando vocĂȘ estĂĄ cansada a Ășnica coisa que vocĂȘ quer Ă© um banho e dormir.
