O quarto que fiquei era ótimo, silencioso, cama excelente. Vi algumas queixas sobre o ar condicionado porém não tive problema algum com ele, achei silecioso e eficaz. Quarto pequeno, simples e sem frigobar, porém limpo. Atendimento da recepção foi adequado. O problema ocorreu no café da manhã. Desci mais cedo apenas para tomar um café com leite e, cerca de uma hora depois, retornei para tomar o café da manhã propriamente dito. Já enquanto eu montava o prato, a funcionária do refeitório me abordou dizendo que o café era “cortesia” e que só poderia ser utilizado uma única vez por dia. Viajo mensalmente e já me hospedei em diversos hotéis, onde nunca houve qualquer restrição quanto a entrar duas vezes no período do café da manhã dentro do horário estabelecido além de que não havia qualquer aviso prévio, informação escrita ou orientação no check-in sobre essa regra. A forma como a situação foi conduzida foi constrangedora e desrespeitosa. Faltou transparência e profissionalismo. Por esse motivo, não pretendo retornar e não recomendo a hospedagem.

Hotel simples, prático, limpo e bem localizado. Apenas gostaria de sugerir que, no cafe da manha, deixem uma térmica com leite quente e uma com café. Embora alguns prefiram o cafe e leite da máquina, custa muito pouco manter as térmicas com cafe e leite para quem prefira. O leite da máquina nao é bom, e ainda vem uma quantidade absurda, nao permitindo dosar uma quantidade menor.
