Estivemos no hotel entre 26/02 e 01/03, meu marido , meu bebê de 2 anos e eu, nós gostamos muito das dependências do hotel e da acomodação, principalmente porque se preocuparam em nos colocar em um apartamento com rede de proteção para segurança do nosso bebê. Quanto a recreação muito divertida, porém meu bebê não pode participar pela idade. O café da manhã era completo com pães, bolos, doces, frutas, sucos e etc. Tenho duas ressalvas: apartamento 49 poderiam colocar cortina blecaute, pois quando amanhece fica com um pouco de claridade e a piscina aquecida, que é ótima, está estava limpa, porém devem controlar melhor a quantidade de cloro adicionada, além de desbotar a roupa UV do meu bebê pelo pouco período que ficamos, pois estava ardendo os olhos, a pele ficou extremamente ressecada, até o presente momento estamos com os efeitos desse ressecamento, fora o perigo por intoxicação, já que a pele pode absorver. Fora isso que é um detalhe a melhorar e tenho certeza que o hotel fará mudanças a respeito, com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar. Gostaria de agradecer toda equipe e em especial a recepção do Caio que nos deu todas as informações e fez o check in, o atendimento da Mariana no restaurante e as meninas da higienização que deixaram o quarto arrumado quando solicitamos.

A estrutura de outros lugares (chalés) me chamou a atenção, mas, quando fui ao meu quarto, me deparei com janela do banheiro muito suja, ar condicionado barulhento, a TV pequena e distante da cama (não teria problema em ser pequena, desde que estivesse melhor localizada) e um estacionamento péssimo. Este está num local muito apertado e difícil para manobrar um carro. Para encerrar, minha estadia era a trabalho e o café atrasou em 16 minutos para liberar o refeitório. Quando fui perguntar a um colaborador, este foi muito indelicado. Não recomendo, não volto mais e esta foi a minha pior estadia desde que tenho o plano da Hotéis.com

Lugar incrível, atendimento ótimo dos funcionários e recreação infantil espetacular. Nosso filho adorou e não queria mais sair de lá. O ambiente é super bem cuidado e muito bonito, e o time muito atencioso. Tivemos apenas um problema com a hidro do nosso quarto que só funcionou no primeiro dia pois teve um problema no aquecedor e infelizmente não era possível arrumar a tempo.
