The hotel staff ware nice and very helpful. Very close to the train station and many attractions. They stored our luggage in a safe area after early morning check-out while we visited Pisa. After our trip back from Pisa, we're able to use the bathroom facilities, rest a while, and finally leave for Milan.
This is a convenient hotel for visiting Florence. Yes it is older but we had no complaints. Did not have breakfast there. We had a courtyard room with balcony doors. Some noise but not enough to disturb us. Cute little elevator! Enjoy your visit and the side of the Duomo is your front yard. Ciao.
We only spent one night here but it was the best hotel we stayed in. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. Best sleep of the trip. The breakfast was very tasty and they offered quite a broad selection. The hotel is close and within walking distance to many landmarks. The staff was very accommodating. When we return to Florence, we will stay longer and here.
Very nice, modern, immaculate hotel slightly off the beaten bath yet within easy walking distance to everything worth seeing in Florence. Excellent breakfast and afternoon "tea" by the pool an unexpected bonus!
