The room was roomy with a gorgeous view of the campanile. Very comfortable and I walked everywhere. The upstairs lounge is petite but has beautiful views of the Duomo. I did notice some hairs from prior guest in my bathtub so I would encourage housekeeping to pay attention to that area. Overall strong ...
This hotel was lovely, however we were sold an event on the roof top to watch the fireworks that the view was obstructed. These fireworks occur every year, would have been good to know that the view was obstructed prior to making our plans for the evening.

very nice Hotel conveniently located, near the train station and in the middle of historic center...steps away from Academia gallery, Duomo and Ponte Vecchio.
Nice friendly and helpful staff in a wonderful City
We only spent one night here but it was the best hotel we stayed in. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. Best sleep of the trip. The breakfast was very tasty and they offered quite a broad selection. The hotel is close and within walking distance to many landmarks. The staff was very accommodating. When we return to Florence, we will stay longer and here.
The location is central. Perhaps one thing a traveler might want to consider is that the hotel is a three minute walk from the bus terminal for the airport to Florence city center service. There are a large number of very good restaurants in the area and the major landmarks are within a 7 minute walk, more or less. The breakfast is excellent as well. My room was on the small side, but it was for one and I was there on business in any event. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the turn-down service was unfailing.
