It was like they filmed the movie Psycho here at this location. Everything was horrible. Heater in the bathroom didn’t work. The paper towel holder didn’t hold the toilet paper. They were roaches. I’m disgusted as I write this review. The staff was even worse with their nasty attitudes. Except for a Angie. She was awesome, personable & I always saw her work very hard cleaning the rooms. The big trash cans outside the rooms didn’t get emptied but 1x a week. That’s disgusting & what drove the roaches & bugs to the area. I’m sure of it.

First and foremost let me apologize for anything you believe in that review. The trash cans are emptied when they are full and because I am aware of which guest wrote this review the one down on the end past your room was emptied at least 3 times during your stay. Second the room was inspected by pest control they found no evidence of roaches in the room but they went ahead and done the preventative measures as well as put out boxes they use to catch bugs, they have been out for almost a week and do not have a single bug of any kind . The pest control gentleman stated that if a guest found any roaches in the room that they came in with the guest. He also went ahead and checked every room on the property, all rooms were clear of any type of bug because we have the property sprayed at least every 3 months. He advised if the roaches were here and were not found until the third night the guest stayed then they were definitely packed in but that there is no evidence of them in the room. Two other guest have been given that room since your stay and they have not had any problems or complaints. The next issue I believe was the heater in the bathroom did not work well that would be because there are no heaters in the bathroom and the toilet paper holders are repeatedly fixed and repeatedly tore down. As far as my attitude as you stated, I have a job to do and I have policies that have to be followed and I have seen all the reviews you left and will go ahead and address all your comments and concerns. We have a mop bucket and mop that we use to do the floors, however we do not loan these items to the guest we keep the cleaning solution and a basic mop to give to guest when they ask. As far as the bleach smell in the office on Monday we use a specific industrial strength germicidal bleach that is much stronger then the bleach you buy in a store, the reason it was so strong is because we mixed some to do the floor, and some to wipe down everything in the office due to flu season so that is why the smell of the bleach was so strong not because it was mixed improperly. I believe I have addressed all your concerns and comments, I would also like to address the state of your room, the towel that was hidden behind the door that smelled like urine, and the fact that you did not disclose the number of dogs you had in your room. The room was left with trash on the table, the desk, under the sink, and the night stand. There was something spilt and left on the desk as well as the dresser. There was pieces of hay all over the floor and behind the door was one of the extra towels you were given which was ruined and smelled of urine. You signed a contract when you checked in that states the pet fee is $10.00 per pet per night, you did not disclose the number of pets you had until your last night here. Therefore someone needs to contact the front desk regarding the balance of $140.00 owed for the 7 night stay for the additional 2 pets that were not disclosed at the ti
