Acogedora casa de campo frente al lago w / muelle, retiro familiar perfecto!

Bienvenido a nuestra pequeña porción del cielo. Nuestra casa de campo de 3 niveles es un retiro perfecto para la familia. Es un hogar de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños (duchas sin cita previa) con un altillo doble y 2 futones para alojar hasta 10 personas (7 adultos con mucho espacio, más un sofá, más si son niños). Está convenientemente ubicado a pocos minutos al norte de Camdenton, cerca de Bridal Cave o en el 11MM del brazo Niangua por agua. Esta es una casa frente al lago con litoral real (aguas profundas) y un muelle con un deslizamiento vacío 10x20, esto no es solo el acceso al lago. Ubicado en una calle tranquila.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con platos, ollas, sartenes, platos para hornear, utensilios y una variedad de utensilios de cocina. Mantenemos el azúcar, la harina, los aceites y las especias para que no tenga que preocuparse por lo básico. Hay una lavadora y secadora de tamaño eficiente ubicadas en uno de los baños.

El nivel de la caminata tiene un salón que tiene un futón y una cama doble, un baño con lavadora / secadora y un dormitorio con vista al lago con una cama de tamaño completo y una terraza para caminar.
El segundo nivel incluye una amplia sala de estar con vista al lago, un futón, un sofá, una chimenea de gas y una cocina con comedor.
El tercer nivel incluye un dormitorio con una cama tamaño queen, un baño y una puerta que sale al lago.

Tenemos Wi-fi y nuestros televisores están equipados con Fire TV, Hulu, Netflix y Shack TV. El servicio de celulares es irregular en la casa pero bueno afuera.

Una gran casa para 2 familias con niños para compartir.

Los perros son aceptados, pedimos que sean atados cuando están afuera para su protección y su tranquilidad. Odiaríamos que se perdieran tan lejos de casa. Tenemos cuencos para perros disponibles. Los dueños de mascotas son responsables por cualquier daño creado por su mascota. Y se requiere una tarifa por mascota de $ 50. Por favor, háganoslo saber antes de hacer la reserva para que la tarifa se pueda agregar a su factura.

Very cozy and comfortable. Great distance from town.

The dock and lake area were secluded and calm. The house was well kept and clean. No A/C unit in main bedroom.

Great get away on the water. My family and I loved it!!!

The house was nice and had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Had a blast swimming and fishing from the boat dock! Can't wait to come back!

Great spot on the lake

While it was a bit of a challenge to get to (we were on motorcycles) the property was great and totally as described. The owners were warm and welcoming and even provided us with a couple of SUPs to use during our stay. Will definitely book again when in the area.

Peaceful and Quiet

The property was just as described, if you’re looking for relaxation you will find it here. Very peaceful setting where the property is located. Beautiful views from the two decks. Highly recommend this property. The owners are very nice people.

Great cabin lake house very close to Ozark amphitheater. Only suggestion is to have the house sprayed for bugs.

Weekend away

Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay so this isn’t a complaint rather a suggestion. You should probably get a better grill you need to be able to close a lid when grilling pork steaks so you can cook them more evenly.

Perfect little House

We were in town for a wedding at Kinderhook Castle and wanted to stay somewhere close with a boat slip. This quirky little house was perfect! We didn’t spend a lot of time inside..we were always out on the amazing decks. It was like having coffee in a tree house. The beds were all comfortable and the house was spotless.

Memorable Weekend

Property was perfect. Busy during the day on the water but calmed down in the evening. We did a lot of fishing from the dock and rented a jet ski for a day and was able to park it on the dock when we needed a break. The air conditioning was very cold, which was nice during the day, but bring extra blankets for at night.

Amazing time!

This is a little slice of heaven. The four of us had an amazing time! The only suggestions I would give is to provide additional hangers and plastic storage bins for clothes, as most of the storage in the home is already in use, we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. Also, the coffee maker takes forever to make a pot of coffee (over 30 mins), so we bought our own Keurig while we were there. Other than that, it was an amazing home and view - and you also get an extra special treat when Harry (the owners' dog) comes to visit. Thank you for an amazing time!
