Overall the room was really clean. I loved that there were a lot of channels and Netflix available. There was something gross in one of the beds but I honestly don’t think it was on purpose. Sheets seemed changed. Overall we liked. As a woman my only complaints were the water pressure/shower and the small counter space.

Modern while still being a great Cambria town feeling. Very clean, nice rooms and beds, the balcony was great and looked out over the creek. Quiet at night. Easy to get around to town and you could walk (we didn’t, pouring rain). Everything you need in a hotel room. The desk hours are a little truncated, but not a problem. The staff was very helpful and check in/out (key drop) was easy. I’ve already recommended to a few friends and we’d definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

The front office was closed and locked when we returned to our room at 7:30pm. We could not get the heater in our room to work & there was no way to get ahold of anyone. We rang the doorbell, as well as called the front desk and left a message but never heard back from the front desk.

We had problems with a clogged toilet the minute we got in our room., the young kid at the front desk had zero knowledge about plumbing and said they have no maintenance staff, he could not fix it and just left us with a plunger. Will not be going back, we are contacting hotel with complaints, they need to credit our room.
