Location: This newly built villa is located in a beautiful district (Montebello) of Camaiore and is located in a hilly and quiet location. The house looks into the Tuscan countryside and is located in a large fenced plot with old olive trees. The large swimming pool from mid-May to late September (12 x 6m x 1.2 m to 2.5 m) is available to our guests and another apartment (if this is rented). The location is very nice and quiet.
The shopping can be done on foot in Camaiore (about 1km). There you will find all the infrastructures.
Facilities: The house (a rebuilt farmhouse) offers with 2 apartments of about 160 m² area plenty of space for 10-12 people. Entrance - garden - large well-kept pool. The apartments can be booked individually and also together. Herewith we offer the upper apartment:
Apartment A suitable for 6 people: The apartment offers a living-dining room with fireplace - an eat-in kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds - a bedroom with a single bed which is extendable to the double bed - 2 bathrooms. Terrace and garden.
At your disposal: dishwasher - oven - video / TV - fireplace - barbecue - garden furniture - parking in the grounds.
A large parking lot is located at the house - the property is fenced and equipped with an electric iron gate. The apartments have heating.

Schönes abwechslungsreiches Ferienerlebnis

Wir haben die Ferien als Familie mit vier Kindern im Alter von 7-17 Jahren sehr genossen. Das Haus und insb. der Pool waren sehr sauber und gut unterhalten. Die Räume sind grosszügig und zwei Badezimmer sind optimal. Der grosszügige Garten und die sehr ruhige Umgebung hat uns gut getan. Camaiore ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw gibt. Auch der Weg zu Meer und Strand ist per Auto in ca. 20 Min erreichbar. Die Städte Lucca und Pisa sind sehr sehenswert und auch für Spaziergänge und Bergwanderungen gibts in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Möglichkeiten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung & angenehme Vermieter

Wir waren im Dezember/ Januar 10 Tage vor Ort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und schnell zu Stelle. Sie Wohnung ist schön, sauber und es ist alle da was man braucht. Im Sommer gibt es einen tollen Pool.
