Calpe Bay Sonrisa is the perfect penthouse for your next vacation! Located close to the sea, restaurants and many amenities, and ideal for a family or with friends! The apartment has a private rooftop terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Open the balcony doors to bring in the Mediterranean breezes and enjoy the city life. Go up the stairs to the spacious rooftop terrace with a spectacular view over the city, the sea and mountains. Sit back and relax on the sun beds, or enjoy the sunset from the lounge area.

The living area is a great spot for lounging, to watch something on the Smart TV, or unwind with a good book! Share a meal and play some games at dining table that seats 6.

Whether you decide to eat out or stay in, the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals to be enjoyed. There is a fridge, freezer, oven, 4-pit electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, toaster and Italian coffee maker.

The master bedroom features a comfy double bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom is appointed with two single beds and a wardrobe.
