A pretty three bedroom villa with a wonderful sea view, just outside the historical village of Calonge. Large garden and 8 x 4 metres swimming pool with BBQ area.
Comfortably furnished with lounge/diner, and large double doors accessing the covered terrace. (Wonderful for alfresco eating and drinking, especially at night, with the twinkling lights of the nearby town below) Fitted kitchen with full size oven, hob microwave and large fridge and dishwasher.
Three bedrooms, all with air- conditioning (new for 2026) Tower double bedroom with shower/WC en suite. Two ground level bedrooms, with twin singles in each room and one bathroom/WC. TV in lounge with national channels & free to view satellite channels from many countries (limited free to view English channels) Internet. Off or on road parking day/night. - If you are interested in Mountain biking or golf, there are fantastic opportunities for both sports. Please note changeover day is Saturday.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre amis. Les chambres de sont pas très grandes mais l'extérieur étant notre lieu de vie, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. La piscine est très propre et nous avons pu nous y rafraichir compte tenu de la chaleur, la maison n'étant pas climatisée. Karen est très réactive, c'est un vrai plus.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern zu Gast in der Villa und sind sehr zufrieden. Der Check-In verlief trotz unserer verspäteten Anreise absolut einwandfrei, und wir fühlten uns gleich zu Hause. Es ist alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Karen hatte auch wunderbare Tipps, und schickte uns sogar per WhatsApp die Standorte ihrer Lieblingsstrände. Nach einer Woche wurden uns auch neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche geliefert. Ein Service der nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben am meisten den sagenhaften Panorama Blick genossen (der in Realität viel schöner als auf den Fotos ist) und natürlich die sensationelle Pool Landschaft. Barcelona ist in etwa 75 Minuten zu erreichen, so dass sich auch ein Ausflug in diese tolle Stadt angeboten hat. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Danke an Karen für die Hilfsbereitschaft und die Unterstützung.

Correcte dans l’ensemble. Maison propre, piscine entretenue, belle vue… La route pour y accéder est toute cassée mais ce n’est pas de la faute des propriétaires. Et on est un peu loin de tout. Maison un peu petite par rapport au volume annoncé de 140m2. On en est loin.

Super séjour, maison agréable, confortable et très bien équipée, conforme à la description.Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante et la mer. La piscine nous a bien rafraîchis après nos ballades et nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée. La région est superbe tant sur la cote qu'à l'intérieur des terres. Approvisionnement facile dans les grandes surfaces locales à des prix très compétitifs, les restaurants proposent des menus de bonne qualité pour toutes les bourses et les bars à Tapas nous ont régalés. Un très bon séjour avec juste un petit regret, les 4 lits simples sont un peu trop étroits pour des adultes, des lits en 90 cm au lieu de 80 cm de large seraient plus adaptés. Nous conseillons cette location notamment aux famille avec enfants.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que le vacancier se d'étende et ne manque de rien. La piscine est un régal et est super propre. Un seul bémol des voisins en fin de séjour irrespectueux et bruyants, mais la propriétaire n'y est pour rien ! Je pense que nous reviendrons. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui prend soin de ses locataires. Thank's !
