Marina Boutique Duplex is part of the "Boutique homes" group, vacation homes with a "smart-chic" philosophy. Spaces designed to give great functionality and with a surprising design. Marina Boutique Duplex is located on the second floor of a young building with an elevator. This space has been renovated in 2018 with a careful decoration with marine touches. It has a large day area with kitchen and breakfast bar.On the lower floor is the entire day area and a full bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 2 rooms with a private terrace each and another bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, are free services found in the space.
From the center of the bay you can enjoy long walks, visits to the beautiful coves of the Costa Brava and access to a wide range of restaurants and bars.
Calonge is a welcoming and friendly town that responds to the needs of traveling with a partner and children. It has a tourism model that is based on tranquility, recreational and educational activities for children, culture and beaches with quality services.The easiest way to access the apartment is by car or bus. Free parking is easy to find. The blue zone of the street only works from June 15 to September 15. During those months there is parking on the other side of Catalonia Avenue (300 meters away)
If you come by public transport, there is a Sarfa company stop just 100 meters from the duplex. Girona Airport is 35 km away, 30 minutes driving. Barcelona Airport is 125 km away, 1h 15 minutes driving.
