Tried to call down to the front desk two different times from the room and no one answered.. ended up having to send my husband down stairs to ask for some extra blankets and then it took them half an hour to bring it up to me. Someone needs to answer the phone and if you could be a bit quicker to getting the requests up to the room. As well, we couldn’t find anything saying before we booked that you had underground parking on your website or other websites. Then once we got there there was an extra charge to park underground but the girl at the front desk said it would be about $21 and then when we were charged $25 at the end after all the extra taxes came with the charge.. front staff needs to know what the full charge is if they are going to quote it to people. Also you’re kinda stuck having to park underground if staying at the hotel otherwise they don’t direct you to anywhere else you could park. As well the air vent in the room was making a consistent like white noise machine sound since we got to the room and the temperature was off, we had to turn it up to 20.
