This booking was for the return leg of an international vacation and included shuttle service from YYC. The driver was absolutely awesome, and insisted on giving me a ride to my vehicle in extended parking to retrieve some bags for the overnight stay, saving me a long walk in -25 temps. I had been told when I dropped the vehicle that there would be a $14.95/day charge for parking, which was fine. However upon checkout I was told that because I had booked through Expedia, the entire parking fee had been waived! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend! ,

We booked through Expedia before an international and wanted to take advantage of the extended parking option. As there was no way to confirm that parking would be avaliable on the Expedia site I sent a message through Expedia, asking for confirmation, but never received a reply. Room was clean, bed/pillows were not comfy. The big issue which was not necessarily anyone’s fault was that the room in the bathroom was leaking…definitely kind of gross. We didn’t notice till the morning and the front desk lady was very apologetic.
